Defective SIM Card
We bought this SIM card along with an unlocked cell phone for my daughter's trip to Israel. When she arrived, the phone worked fine, and with the SIM card, was able to connect to the Pelephone network. However, despite following the instructions included with the SIM card, she was not able to activate service. She took the phone and SIM card to a Pelephone store, where she was told the SIM card was defective, and needed to be replaced. Advice to travellers: By all means, buy an unlocked phone before you go. But wait until you are in country to buy your SIM card. That way you can be certain it works before you complete the transaction.

Bad product!!!1. To charge for more minutes you MUST use Israeli credit card.2. To call outside of Israel you need to use another provider3. Customer service in Israel .... they will listen to you but will not solve anythingBad serviceJust Headache
