6.5"/6.75" Speaker Mounting Adapter for Acura Honda with Wiring Harness

Worked very well on a 2012 Honda Fit Sport. I ended up breaking off the tabs for the factory speaker mount slots. I found it fit better without them, and just drilled holes and screwed directly to the door. Wiring harness was a perfect fit making installation very easy.

Quick delivery, received broken hook first but putin request on the day received. Got a replacement within next day good support. Installation was simple andand perfect fit. Very happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend others.

Make sure to purchase foam to put in between the plastic & the door frames in order to get a good seal, I bought some 3.8in thick weather stripping at walmart for $3 and it worked great with extra foam to spare. One of the plastic hooks/clips did arrive broken though. I superglued it a few times and it held up just fine, make sure to not force it installing into the door, as these plastic clips can be prone to snapping off if you flex them at all. When installing put them in, then slide them downwards to ensure a good fit. I would suggest buying smaller screws for tightening your speakers down as the hole is pretty small and the pillar they screw into is prone to cracking.

Needed for an install in you buy aftermarket speakers. You might need to trip off the clips. otherwise it was easy to install and fit to install 6.5 inch speakers on my 2005 Honda Pilot. I did need to trip a bit of the door panel metal, but that has nothing to do with this kit.

It doesn't fit the 2008 tsx but you can cut the tab on the bottom off and mount it with some small screws and still use the adapter

Perfect fit for my ‘06 Civic in terms of the tabs matching the holes on the car, but I did have to modify the mounting holes just a bit as they didn’t exactly line up in the same manner. Also had to add 3M mounting tape behind the mounts to duplicate the baffle material on the back of the factory speakers. Once that was done, there were no issues whatsoever and no rattling. If you have the skill level to install them, then the price point is unbeatable. Oh and the speaker wire adapters were a perfect fit. No issues whatsoever.

This is great. Fits Honda CRV 2010 RE perfectly.

Installed on a 2012 Honda CR-V fits perfectly. Wiring harness be careful to get the right speakers as one side is smaller than the other.
