It boasts the same amount of caffeine as 1.5 cups of espresso, which is pretty good. And I'd say it's accurate. I sometimes use another caffeine snack that's pure chocolate. It's tastey bc, duh, it's chocolate! But I'd have to eat 3 of them to get the same boost and that means 3 times the calories. WakeUP snacks has more bang for your buck and you can truly feel it energizing you. It's also big enough to delay a hunger attack for quite awhile. I like the chocolate flavor but they have 3 more flavors that I have not tried. Each one is individually wrapped so you can stash a couple in your bag or pocket for an afternoon pick-me-up and it really does perk you up. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish it was even more chocolatey. then it would be perfect. But almost perfect is good enough for me. ;)

I'm what you might call a caffeine junky. I need quite a bit before it actually starts to have the desired effect on me. These don't replace my coffee, necessarily, but they give me a really noticeable boost in the morning that I love. Helps perk me up with a delightful, dark chocolatey treat, gives me that caffeine boost I need to get ready for work, and then I'm able to wait till I'm on the office before I actually brew myself a mug of coffee instead of having to have one first thing.I really love these and highly recommend! Delicious and definitely does what it says it does!

Update: they have reached out to me and claim it was supposed to say no artificial flavors and sent me a free box of a different flavor and have assured me the new line will have correct marketing, im leaving my review until I see it fixed, I've upped it from 1 star to 3 because they were super awesome to work with and they really do wake you up.Claims to be gluten free, egg free, vegetarian, preservative free, NO ARTIFICIAL COLORS, and kosher, but on the back in the ingredients it clearly says artificial colors and has a large of colors, and if they lie about that, what else are they lying about?Its also made in a facility that processes wheat and eggs and things, which I know can be misleading but like I said, they already lied about colors so... who knows what's in them
