My mistake - should have known before I bought it
that these are too large. I'm sure the dimensions were somewhere in the description, maybe I was rushing. At any rate, I am planning on returning these. I bought four for our household, but I was really looking for a Key ring application. These are too large to carry in your pocket, or a purse. You'd have to put them in the glove compartment and if you are trapped in a seat belt underwater, I can't see how you get them out of the glove compartment. If they were securely on a key ring, they would be reachable. So I am going back to shopping to find one that is on a key ring.

The product is well built and heavy enough to easily break a car window in an emergency
Needed the glass safety breaker for each family member. The quality and price was better than anywhere else I could find. When I received the product it was much better than I anticipated.

Durable little hammer!
I bought these safety hammers as stocking stuffers for my adult children. I pray to God they never need to use them, but thought they all have young kids strapped in car seats so it would probably be a good idea to have. The hammers are a nice weight and appear to be well constructed and durable. Everyone liked the holder they came in and how neatly they tucked into the glove compartment. Overall I was very satisfied with the product and may consider purchasing additional ones for other gifts.

Economical Peace of Mind
I bought the four-pack to share with family and friends. With luck, they'll never be needed. I was happy with the price and the quality. Mine is stashed in the center console for easy access. They'll do the job as a glass hammer or belt cutter well enough.

I hope these never get used but...
I hope that these never get used but I feel better knowing my kids and I have these. I attached Velcro to the back of the case to hold them in the pocket in the car door. I keep hearing news stories about people trapped in a sinking or burning car. Having a safety hammer helps me sleep a little better.

Great value. Sturdy! I needed at least four, two in each car, one for front & back seats, easily accessible. It’s something I hope we never need, but if we do, we’ll be glad to have them!
