Size:1 pack Dry Hands is a performance enhancing solution that alleviates grip problems caused by perspiration or rain. Dry Hands isn't sticky or greasy and leaves no powdery residue. It is long lasting and only takes a small amount to give the ultimate protection against a wet or slippery grip. Dry Hands can be used for Golf, Tennis, Baseball, Football, Hockey, Pole Fitness, Gymnastics, Weight Lifting or any other activity where a sure grip gives you an edge. Dry hands works as effectively as chalk without any of the mess. Why worry about losing your grip when you don't have to?

Works, wish it lasted longer
I'm do aerial fitness, so I used Dry Hands to keep my self from sliding off aerial hammocks and pole since I tend to get sweaty hands and limbs. It does the job, but maybe for about 20 minutes. It does not stop me from sweating, just helps cover up the sweat and get me gripped until it wears off again and I end up needing more. The bottle is also pretty small, so I go through it in only a few weeks, which is kind of a bummer. Clearly by the attached photo, it does work to some degree because I haven't fallen off any aerial apparatus to my death yet, but it definitely needs to be re-applied throughout training. Another down side is that it is a visible white. If I rub some on my legs/knee pits, it looks like I haven't lotioned my legs in years and brings the term "ashy" to a whole new level. It especially shows up on photos with the flash on. I would still recommend it for your non-sweaty normal folk. Cheers!***If you found this review helpful, please click the "Yes" button below! Perfect!
I'm an exotic dancer and got tired of slipping off the pole when girls would use lotion and touch the pole. Granted, at one of my clubs, it doesn't do too much help, but it might also be due to the metal material of the pole itself. At my main club, it has definitely made a difference, and I can do so many more tricks, too!Dry Hands is a very thin liquid, I don't even need to squeeze the bottle. I just tip it over upside-down and give it a quick shake and just enough comes out into my hands. I rub my palms together, then I clean off the pole and it makes it so much easier to do tricks that require a good grip! At my one club I mentioned it doesn't help at, there is like, a permanent oily layer on the pole and no matter how much I spray it with alcohol, it doesn't come off, so that is probably why it doesn't work there. At my main club, when some girls are having trouble staying up, I have zero issues. This product stays on my hands and does not get into my hair or anywhere else I wouldn't want it. The pole does have somewhat of a residue from this, but that's expected with any grip aid. It has an alcohol-like smell, but not as strong as hand sanitizer, for example.Pros:Definitely aids in grippingMild odor as opposed to a typical strong odorSmall container, good for keeping in my clutch bag at workThin enough liquid to where it's not a pain to get outEasy flip top, no need to screw on or off the topNo noticeable residue or goo left on hands after useDoes not transfer easily into hair or other surfacesCons:Leaves mild residue on the pole, this is to be expected of any grip aid, though

Great for Weight Lifting!
I've been a weightlifter for years, and I've always used gloves for a better grip. Dry Hands is WAY better than gloves, and it ensures I'm not dropping heavy weights on my face because of sweaty palms. It still leaves a bit of chalky residue, but it's so much cleaner and easier than a block of chalk, and I've used it at several gyms that have "NO CHALK" signs up with minimal evidence. I tried another brand, and while it didn't leave any chalky residue, it wore off quickly and the bottle clogged. With Dry Hands, it's rare I have to reapply, so one application at the beginning will get me through an hour of lifting. Ditching the gloves helped increase the weight I could lift, so if you're looking for something that will improve your gym performance, you've found it!

Pole is much easier
Dry hands is great! I have really sweaty hands and slide right on down the pole when I try to grab it. This makes me feel much more secure on spins. Because I'm rather sweaty, I do have to reapply this every half-hour or so. Not a huge deal, but something to think about. There are apparently other types of grip aid that are even 'stickier' than dry hands, but I don't think I want 'stickier.'Something to consider is that it does help you 'cheat' in developing hand strength. You might want to use is sparingly so you can build up grip strength (YMMV, depends on your activity!)

Probably good for mildly sweaty hands
I used this product for the first time today. I'm a lifelong hyperhidrosis sufferer, and it seems to be related to anxiety. My hands are not dripping sweat, but it is quite a bit. This stuff kept my hands dry for about 20 minutes, then they were clammy again. I think that this may be good for people whose hands don't sweat as much, but if you sweat a lot like me, I wouldn't recommend it. I have tried robinul pills, which gave me bad side effects, and drysol solution, but that made my skin too dry and itchy. I suppose my search will have to continue.

Great for Yoga
This is exactly what I wanted for use at the yoga studio. I had tried one of the rosin bags but it made a puff of powder every time I used it and I was uncomfortable doing that in an indoor setting. I have been using this product instead and find it very effective. I get sweaty palms if it is too warm. I use just a little bit of this on my hands prior to the class and I have no problems with slipping. There is a slight alcohol smell which concerned me because I thought my classmates might object. However, I have asked others and they haven't noticed the smell when I first put it on. It dissipates quickly so I can use it fairly discreetly and, if necessary, reapply. It only has two ingredients, isopropyl alcohol and silica. I like that there are not a lot of extra chemicals or scents in the product.

It works perfectly in general, but if your hands ...
It works perfectly in general, but if your hands sweat a lot (like mine) after a while your grip will start to be less firm again. This is the only reason why I gave the product 4 stars. Even in this condition though it still helps a lot. I will continue using it.If you don't have such problems, it will do wonders. Also, yes, it is not as white and visible on your hands as most products of this use, but it does leave a powder-like residue on anything you grip (which of course is expected).

Best grip assist for pole fit
My favourite grip for pole fit. Provides the best grip for poses without losing freedom of spin and doesn't change depending on temperature. Lasts for a good while, even though I use it frequently.

Good quality
More expensive than other products but it's so worth spending the extra! The grip when using this is amazing, you dont have to use a lot or keep reapplying often as it is so good. Good value for money, would recommend 👍

Good grip
I always use dry hands for pole fitness. I apply it 30 minutes before I start, and then re-apply a couple of times throughout my 60 minutes training. I wish I didn't have to reapply it, but so far this is the best I could find for grip.

Tiny bottle
Don't get stung by this - it's not 2 normal sized bottles of dry hands - it's 2 tiny bottles (1oz not 2oz)
