I waited until I used this before reviewing so here goes. I have limited hand & arm strength due to Osteoarthritis so I thought I'd get myself this knife & I'm so pleased I did - cut through the Christmas meats like butter. Nice even slices of turkey, gammon & beef. Easy to insert blades, easy to hold & easy to use with easy blade removal. Blades didn't stutter of stick. Definitely recommend.

Bought as a Christmas present - used on Christmas day without any issues. Would highly recommend. The lead isn't too long but it does the job. Good value for money, the case is very handy for keeping everything together. Hopefully it lasts a few years. Light weight but not flimsy feeling

Bought to replace my 30 year old moulineux. Still works well but thought it time to change. Used to carve a slow roasted beef joint which was quite dense. Easy to insert blades and effortlessly cut the cold joint into wafer thin slices. Which were divided equally between 3 dishes and soaked in the onion and mushroom gravy. We tend to batch cook so an electric knife makes life easier. This is a good knife but a bit flimsy. It is quiet and the handle is easy to hold. Nice storage box but bit of a squeeze getting everything back in. As other reviews have mentioned it is impossible to know the purpose of each pair of blades. They look exactly the same! Think this should be clarified. That said I've decided to keep for now and see how it performs on other cuts of meat.

Good carving knife for professions but not suitable for ordinary cutting, the blades are lethal, its heavy to hold and no good for those who may have problems with their hands . I've sent it back, to dangerous for me to use.

This carving knife is superior to similarly priced items, this replaced a Russell Hobbs knife I brought and returned, this one is far far better

Good price as cuts great. Blades are a bit fiddly as 2 blades slide together.

The product is very good however the plug fitting is for Europe and not Australia

Works well and having the 2 blades is good. The price makes it reasonable value.

Came with a UK 3 pin plug. Not suitable for Australia.
