Very versatile cooking tool. Great for pizzas or reheating just about anything. Also, they are non-stick for easy clean-up.

I had a pizza stone that cracked and always had trouble sliding a dough on to the hot stone, so I decided to try this out. I will say that it does not work as well as the pizza stone on any temperature lower than 500 degrees. You REALLY need a hot oven for this pan to work. But if you have an oven that can go higher, this pan works REALLY well. The crust is satisfyingly crisp at the bottom and they never stick. Add to the the advantage of spreading out the dough on to the pan itself (no need to slide), it makes pizza at home much easier. I am making pizza at home much more frequently now.

I've been using an old, scratched up pizza crisper from Crate & Barrel for a couple years now. It easily warped and got tarnished from the one time I recently put it in the dishwasher (it wasn't meant to be, my fault). I decided it was time for a change.I got this pan, which is actually smaller than the other one, but I like it better - it still accommodates the frozen pizzas I use as a base for my recipes, and still has room for more. It's an upgrade in every other way. The smaller size means it actually fits in the dishwasher. The rolled circumference and heft makes it way sturdier than my last one ever did. And as an added bonus, it's dishwasher safe!I haven't used it more than 2-3 times so far, but it has been a joy to use. Pizzas come off really nice; I believe they are slightly crispier than with my C&B crisper, but not *that* different.The surface *has* already seen some scratches from the first couple uses, which is fine I guess, but I wasn't expecting to see wear this soon.I like the product so far, and will update the rating and this review if something changes in the next few months.
