Good, is a very decent size and the powder itself is easily packable, light density. Doesn’t feel like you’re drinking a thick mess. Tastes exactly like vanilla Ensure. A worthy purchase.

So far so good with this powder. My husband feels a noticeable difference adding this to his routine. It does not dissolve well in cold liquid. He prefers mixing it in with his coffee. He doesn’t do the 6 scoops per serving either, he does the equivalent to 1-2 scoops. He enjoys the taste even though he says it taste just like previous chocolate powder he has tried. The value for the money is there in comparison to other mass gainers on the market. Overall he is pleased with the product.

Use milk instead of water it helps the taste but not bad at all!

Do not use this seller, they sent me product that had been I don’t know, impregnated with some kind of a bad chemical or it had gotten moldy or something. It smelled terrible. It tasted even worse, and when I complained to the seller, they didn’t even bother to return my email. I ended up getting really sick vomiting diarrhea. Thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital. I went to Amazon customer support and they took care of me. They got me a refund and these guys these sellers should not be allowed on Amazon anymore.
