I have done a little research before I purchased this particular derma roller. My issue was mostly with pock marks left from horrible hormonal acne I had. I have been using the .5mm roller 4 times now and I already see a huge difference. The marks have faded dramatically and some old acne scaring has already disappeared. I have noticed the lines on my forehead have diminished and the general overall look of my skin is tighter. I really liked this particular derma roller because the "caps" used to store the needles, also double as holder for the alcohol to disinfect the roller before and after use. The bladed are easy to snap off and on, yet remain sturdy. This does hurt to use, but a small amount of the numbing cream helps with that.

It's ok！I've been using this Derma roller for a week now and I truly can see a slight different in the lines around my eyes. It rolls smooth and easy. My husband said he can tell it's making a different so he started to us it in his scars. I have purchased individual derma rollers before at double the price. This roller set is just as good, if not better. If you are considering a derma roller set. I'd most definitely recommend purchasing this set.

This product is the best thing I have evert purchased for my acne scars. I have mild deep acne scars that increases the visibility of my wrinkle lines (on my cheeks) whenever I have makeup on or when I smile. I purchased this product in December 2018 and I haven't done a review until now because I wanted to test this product first.So far, I have used it 4 times; One week after using the 1.0mm needle, I noticed that my scars and wrinkle lines are less visible 3 !

I have been using a dermaroller for 2+ years. I needed a new one and found this product WITH the Hyaluronic Acid, as well. Both are an excellent value and I am happy to have gone from the .05 size to the 1.00 size. As described and a wonderful value for the $$$. Thank you

Works very well. Actually bought a more expensive unit with infrared light, that I use every day. Still use this one on my lips and eyes because I feel the needles penetrate better. Good, sturdy product.

Good quality，You are rolling little pins across your face in effort to improve it. Sounds bizarre. I started using this about a month ago with a nighttime and morning serum and a lot of my wrinkles have disappeared and my face appears brighter. Not sure if it's the serum or a combination, but I think this really helps it set it.

I have a dermaroller that is .25mm and didn't see that it did much. This one is 1.0mm and I must say you can definitely feel it working after just one use. I am excited to see the results after a couple of uses! I love that it comes in a case to keep it clean and protected.
