In my opinion, Better than icing sheets
I bought these in place of the normal icing sheets; these are much better. They take the colour far better, and there are no worries about drying up

Wafer paper, not rice paper
Perfect for what I needed it for (macaroons), but wafer paper rather than 'rice' paper. Ingredients: potato starch, water and olive oil.
