Hard to ignite
Received my heater and I was excited because it was larger than my previous heater. Tried to turn the knob to ignite it and the dial spins and shuts it down. Awaiting my replacement but now it’s 3 days and it still hasn’t come yet. Very upset and disappointed because this is a main source of heat for me and my family.

Cheaply made, but works well.
This product is significantly lighter gauge than one I had several years ago, but it works very well. I am happy with it, and the price.

The Duraheat 1100
Been using this heater for couple of months. The auto light never did work so had to light by hand which was fine. But now the auto off fails to completely turn the heater off. The wick control locks so you have to play with the knob to get the wick adjusted. Not what I expected form this company. Sorry, will not recommend this heater.

The heater worked great, untill I filled it again this moring. Now it wont go on. It worked good untill then, Even my kitty's likes it, They would lay in front of it, To get warm.
