Decadent Baking
Why wouldn’t you use quality chocolate when baking? This chocolate is smooth. Bakes and melts wonderfully. I’ve been baking with Callebaut for at least 7 years. It worth the slight splurge for the elevated taste compared to the most common grocery store American chocolate.

Consistently really excellent chocolate
I do lots of baking and I've bought this a dozens of times. I use it for tempered chocolate for a variety of recipes, most recently as the coating of Dubai chocolate balls and to make chocolate dipped hazelnut shortbread. It has been consistently very good for that purpose, tempers well and tastes great. Also use it when I want better than Toll House (which is fine) quality chocolate chips for baked goods or ice cream. A bit pricey, but seems worth it to me.

Nothing Beats Belgium Chocolate
I love to bake and I do a lot of baking every Christmas. Every Christmas I order 5.5 lbs of Belgian Chocolate to make my treats with. Yes, the quality of chocolate makes every bit of difference. If you can afford to upgrade to these wafers - you will not be disappointed. American chocolate contains a lot of wax and fillers - it is not nearly as creamy and rich as the chocolate from Europe. These wafer are super easy to work with and measure easily (the same as chocolate chips). I use it in cookies, squares, fudge, you name it. It melts down well - into a smooth and creamy chocolate dipping sauce. You could easily use it as a fondue chocolate (in my opinion). The product came fresh. My friends and family RAVE about how awesome my baking is - and the ingredients I believe are a key reason why. If you want to take your baking to the "next" level this chocolate by Callebaut will do that! Admittedly, these chocolate wafers are exceptional right out of the bag and I urge you to try some prior to using it in your baking to see the difference in quality. I have tried the semi sweet as well as the milk chocolate both with success. I use a food saver - to keep fresh whatever I don't use. You can't go wrong with Callebaut wafers. One caution - be aware of WHEN you are ordering this item. You want fairly cool or cold temps because they will melt. There is no guarantee where your parcel might end up and if it does end up in the sun - you will end up with a soupy mess. I usually look ahead a week or two to ensure that the weather will be in my favor.

High quality chocolate
Excellent product. Melts well taste great on its own and if you don’t want to eat the chocolate by itself then why would you want to put it in your baked goods? The price is higher than other chocolates but it is so with it. Quality ingredients, nice mouth feel. I will purchase again
