I ordered a medium of this item since I’m a size 8 and it fits comfortably, with a bit of room at the tip of my toes. The Velcro straps can be used for the left or right foot and the long narrow one can be cut to whatever length you need. The Velcro is strong and holds your foot in place, and the toe box is wide and sturdy so it protects your foot even if you stub it against something. I highly recommend this product.

Ordered this post-op shoe because I needed a closed toe shoe in the hospital setting for work. Sizing was perfect as described. Comfortable. Rigid sole offers great support for my broken 5th metatarsal. My only "complaint" is that I wished it had a softer rubber sole... as it is loud on the floor when walking; otherwise, very satisfied!

Not good or bad. I did like that the boot has a lower ankle cover but it definitely could use more padding on the bottom. I very much like the way the toe is covered for privacy and the shape of the squared off toe is good for protection. The Velcro adheres well and allows for flexibility so there is not too much pressure on top of the foot. Walking in it is very good. Add a little padding to the sole and it would be ideal. I wear a size 11 women's shoe and this boot just fit my foot with perhaps a 1/4" to 1/2" from the very end of the boot.

This is a great shoe at a great price; nearly half the cost of the SAME shoe from the doctor's office! The closed toe is a work necessity for me; my toes need to be covered. My only complaint is the strap across the ankle to secure the shoe it must have been sized for somebody with extremely swollen feet! You need to put the velcro, instead of just the very end of the strap, goinabout three inches back along the strap so it can be cut to length. Right now if you cut it to length, you don't have the velcro! My solution was to fold it back onto itself and have a long loop hanging off. It works.

Comfy, does provide ankle support better than the shoe version.

I bought this for my very active 16 year old son who broke his big toe being a boy. We went to urgent care to confirm the break and they gave him a terrible write and blue short shoe boot. After he walked out of there he said heck no. It was ugly and cheaply made. I instantly thought of this product, my husband used it a few years back when he broke his toe. I ordered it and it came in a few days (he wore crocs in the meantime and walked really slow on his heal). My son gave this product a great review, I didn't need to fight him to wear it and the all black was barely noticeable (your eyes didn't go straight to the shoe). I ordered him a large (his shoe size ranges from 10- 11 1/2 depending on brand) it fit great with enough room not to rub the big toe, also he has a narrow foot and loved that this was really adjustable and didn't bunch when tightened a lot. He says it really helped him to heal without being such a bother. We are now at 4 weeks and it has held up great during school and active teenage boy activities.

Does the job well. My husband gas lost two toes and feels comfortable.
