I'm going to start with the negatives, of which there is only one; the card stock. It's pretty thin and doesn't feel like it will stand up well to a lot of use. Which is a shame, because I know I'm going to want to use this deck over and over again! It's absolutely gorgeous! The art work is exquisite and despite hearing some people call this a 'Disney' deck, that couldn't be further from the truth. This deck is extremely deep and even a little dark in places. The images, granted, are slightly cartoonish, but that doesn't take away from it's intensity at all. It's a stunning deck and the full colour book that accompanies it is just as beautiful! It's all packed in a sturdy, magnetic clip box with a lifting ribbon and is worth every penny I paid for it, even if I do wish it had better card stock.

The is so much I could say about this deck I could honestly talk about it for days and days. The artwork is absolutely stunning. The emotions on the characters just give such an insight to the meaning of the card.Before this deck I was struggling to find my "go-to" deck for readings. This deck changed everything. I have to say I learnt the tarot from this deck. I could not give it more praise.10 stars if I could!!

Love these cards!! The box was a bit bashed but the cards and book are amazing!! The magnetic box is something in particular that gave it the thumbs up as a tarot reader myself I can't stand not having anywhere to store my cards properly. The cards don't slip down into the cardboard holder as with some other decks with this style of packaging.. The cards although the card stock could be better in my opinion are stunning!! And the book well the book is a treat all on its own! This is just a magical deck for me to add to my collection as it really drew me in with its beautiful imagery.. The cards are very intuitive themselves I can't stop looking at them 😍 so pleased.

Stunning artwork on the cards with an equally stunning large guide book all in a beautiful sturdy box to keep everything safe. I particularly liked that the cards were smaller than the usual decks, made it easier to shuffle.Overall great value for money compared to other decks that come with tiny guide books, making it very difficult to read.

Lovely cards

This was the deck that made me get into tarot. It hadn't yet been completed which gave me time to learn and use other decks. I finally treated myself to it and I must say the art work does not disappoint and I do feel using another traditional or simpler deck when you a beginner was the best move. The book is incredible for quality sturdiness, information, print and coloured pictures. This really a deck you could use as your "one and only"... unfortunately the quality of the cards was so disappointing. Scuffed after a few shuffles, poor card stock! I do t see this lasting long....great if you a one card reader or pull for a daily and don't handle it too much. However this was not my intention when purchasing it.It's such a shame and I have to admit the moment I opened it I was instantly 'put off'. So sad because the art is so beautiful especially if your more in Intuitive reader. I wish more thought of longevity and card stock quality went into this because everything else is perfect. So close to finding my perfect deck.It does have beautiful vibrant colours and goes well with Whispers of the ocean oracle... lovely little team, the whispers deck is strong hard quality and the mermaid deck let's it down aesthetically with all little nicks and scuff on the edges. I really wanted to love this and I still do. Gutted.

El arte es hermoso y me gusta que apesar de ser fantasioso, no pierda el simbolismo del Raider lo que hace más fácil poder relacionarlo con el original. El tamaño del mazo me gustó y más por que tengo manos pequeñas y el acabo hace que se puedan resbalar. El único defecto o excepción que le encontré es que por el precio, hubiera esperado que las cartas tuvieran un grosor adecuado, ya que es muy delgado, por lo que me obliga a barajearlas con mucho más cuidado. Incluso, el manual tiene un grosor mejor que el del mazo. Hasta un mazo de poker es más grueso que éste.PD. Me llegó un poco golpeado de una esquina generando que el manual también se dañara, no mucho, pero para la próxima deberían enviar el mazo envuelto en plástico burbuja o algo, porque de pura suerte estaba yo en mi casa, que sino, lo hubieran aventado y ahí, si se hubiera doblado aún más.

Eu fiquei muito feliz quando recebi esse tarot! A caixa já é linda por conta própria!Gostei muito de ter uma caixa durinha para guardar, pois é nela que mantenho o deck e o livro. As cartas são lindas, beem coloridas, redondinhas nas bordas e fáceis de embaralhar. O livro é o melhor que já tive até agora! Super completo, direto ao ponto e ainda tem todas as cartas impressas em uma folha completa em cores. Facilita muito o estudo.Não achei esse deck difícil de ler, mesmo que a significação tome um rumo um pouco diferente do Rider- Waite. Não chega a ter significados totalmente novos nas cartas, mas tem camadas de interpretação um pouco diferentes. Gosto muito da storyline que acompanha os arcanos maiores, a corte e os naipes. É tudo muito bonito e elemental.

I love this deck. 10/10 stars. I have been on the hunt for a mermaid related tarot and there aren't a lot out there. That alone makes this deck worth it, then it is also beginner friendly, and then the art is beautiful, the book is very descriptive and helpful, it does not disappoint. Its not a pamphlet or a deck sized, cheap paper book. It comes with a gorgeous, very solid, high quality book, every page is vibrant and feels nice. I appreciate that.The only thing I could think you might want to consider is that the paper for the cards themselves is a little thin, its not bad quality, they are more bendy than some decks you may be used to, that maybe are a thicker card stock. I personally see no issues with that, its easier to shuffle. Some people may though have a preference or claim its flimsy. I bought this deck as a starter deck for my young daughter who loves mermaids. I ended up keeping it for myself as I thought the energy was more mature . The imagery can be a bit dark- for instance, the devil card is heartbreaking. I found this deck moving and I love doing readings with it. It's a straight forward, easily interpreted deck.

Eins meiner Liebligstarotdecks. Die Qualität ist ebenfalls super. Die Karten lassen sich gut mischen. Das dazugehörige Handbuch ist leider nur auf englisch aber ebenfalls qualitativ sehr hochwertig.
