This is a real find. I have very tall windows that are difficult to get to. Professionals charge a lot for cleaning them. This one is not perfect but it does the job well enough. The price is right as well.

I purchased the mamibot through Amazon on Feb 10, 2022. I used the product twice. The first use in March went fine. However, it stopped working the second time. The suction didn’t work and the mamibot kept falling from the window. I tried to fix the issue in accordance with the manual but in vain.I tried to contact the customer service just now. Someone picked up my call. But when I tried to explain the problem, she hung up my call suddenly. I called again for a second and third time, but my calls were never picked up. I left a voice message explaining the reasons for my call, but no one ever called me back. I email them about the issue, but no one ever replied to my email.This is a piece of the junk and they have the WORST customer service.

This robot is easy to setup and operate. Does a great job cleaning. Had some minor sensor issues with windows borders, and cleaning corners. I'm very satisfied.

I just got W120. After reading reviews, I had higher expectations. It first appeared it did a good job. It has a good suction, runs smoothly, goes corner to corner. However, when sun started hitting the window, I noticed streaks everywhere. The streaks are more prominent with outside of window cleaned. In order to minimize streaks, first clean with yellow (dry) clothe, then with gray (wet), then with yellow again. Even the window is clean, at least one wet & one dry are needed, if it's outside, I would do dry, wet X2 or 3, then dry. It seems using clean clothe each time and dry at the end make difference. However, it still can't clean the very corners by design. Wheels of W120 are preventing to clean the corners. It ended up cleaning manually with squeegee was much faster and complete. Also, remote has failed a few times. Not sure it's due to a defective remote. So I don't think I would use this for any accessible windows, however, for windows hard to reach, it can be very helpful. Also, I like the price point as an introductory product without bells and whistles. Overall, I have a feeling that it may take another year or two for manufacturers to come up a design that will do better job and build ones with affordable prices for most consumers.

The suction works fine, there's a longer cable attached in the box. Too bad there's not tank for more thorough cleaning, the cloth dries too quickly. Machine has to be connected to the power while working. It's also a little loud so keep that in mind. I love the idea and it would be amazing if I could use it outdoors, on the outside of the window.

I like this amazing cleaner robot! I always dread cleaning the window, because my arms ache with scrubbing the window for long time. Now i can just watch this robot do its job while i relax. The suction works fine, runs smoothly, goes corner to corner. Some one leave comments said that after clean and a lots of streaks everywhere, so we used yellow cloth to dry wipe fristly, then used clean liquid to lightly spray onto the gray pads cloth to wet wipe 2 or 3 times, finally with yellow again. There is a backup battery which apparently keeps the suction during a power outage for20~30 minutes. Also this robotic has some points i don't like, for example, at first its need to manual cleaning, and no tank. Overall, I have a feeling that its a great ideas to produce this window robotic.

Do not expect perfection that would take you hours to obtain if done it by yourself. With this in mind, results are close to optimal, it works very well every time. A lot of people complains about streaks or dirt left behind, it is minimal. Buy extra pads, if your windows are very dirty it will go through them in a short time. My only complain is that It is noisier than I expected.
