Lemon Squares just like homemade

I keep a box of this on hand, and a brownie mix, when having company. The two batches together is an easy combo to make, presents well, feeds 24-40 people. This box alone feels like it needs something else with it. People think it’s made from scratch.

It's a great base start for lemon bars!!I add extra lemon juice and zest to the batter and a little melted butter to the base. It takes this from a kinda bland messy treat, to something extraordinary.

Always A Favorite Dessert!
Always a favorite! It's nice that BC has kept some of the dessert favorites like this one when so many others aren't available anymore. Perfect flavor and no fail.

Not bad, but not great. Very easy to make. It's moist and yummy, but not a true lemon bar. The crust lacks the buttery goodness and the filling is more like a custard than what I am accustomed to. I prefer Krusteaz brand over these.
