Doesn’t work during a hard workout
I’ve been using 2” halo bands for a couple of years and love em. I bought the 1” to save a couple of bucks and am sorry I did. I wear these on bike rides and love the way the 2”band absorbs and diverts sweat away from my eyes and sun glasses. The one inch band just doesn’t do the trick. Once I start sweating profusely the sweat simply goes over the damn making this 1” band all but useless. Stick to the two inch model it works.

I purchased this band because I bike hard and sweat profusely. I've always worn a "cap" under my helmet to soak up the sweat but it eventually becomes saturated and allows sweat into my eyes blinding me. I have to stop a number of times and wring out the cap or constantly mop at my eyes and face with a handkerchief that I keep in my pant leg. Recently I had the thought that it would be great if I could wear something like a "gutter" that would trap the sweat and shunt if off to the sides. I went on Amazon and was happy to see that a product like this existed. At first I thought this product was working for me but eventually some of the hotter/humid days overwhelmed it. I'm not exactly sure how the sweat is getting by. Could be soaking through the fabric that the rubber strip is mounted on. Although there is very little value for me, I can assume it works for some people and it appears to be made well so I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1

Its fine.
It works well for a bit, but once its completely saturated in sweat, its game over; you might as well not even be wearing it. But for the first hour or so, it does perform pretty good. And don't forget the awesome pressure line you will have on your forehead for at least 2 hours after you take it off! Factor that into your time management when you decide to use this.

Halo - Headache
This is the second Halo headband that I've purchased. I liked the first one so much that when the rubber sweat guard (yellow strip) cracked after many uses I replaced it. Unfortunately, the new one only lasted me about 5 rides before the yellow band cracked - in two places. If the cracks didn't hurt my head I would not likely have mentioned it, but the headband is now useless after a handful of rides. Seems like a headband without this flaw might be a better choice, last longer and provide better value.

Exactly what I wanted.
I sweat a lot, specifically from my brow, which gets in my eyes and on my glasses. I was tired of spending my hikes unable to see more than a few feet in front of me, and stopping all the time to wipe the sweat out of my eyes. I was going to get a sweatband, but the idea of strapping a soon-to-be-very-soggy and useless cloth around my head didn't appeal to me. This very effectively channels the sweat around my eyes and down my neck to the sweat towel (basically a finger in the dyke, as far as my sweat situation is concerned) that hangs there. I accept that I will not be dry when I'm exerting myself, but now, at least, I don't have to be inconvenienced by it.It's very small and easy to put in your pocket. I have a very large head, so the fit is a bit snug, which can leave a bit of a mark where the rubber strip is, but of course I'm not really worried about that looking dumb when I'm already soaked head-to-toe with my own perspiration. If you have a head that is a standard deviation or less from the mean, you won't even have that issue.

Not good for cycling in humid climates
I have this Sweatband and its larger cousin. I use them for cycling, so they are being used under a helmet. This one has a 10 minute window after which I'm back to washing the sweat out of my eyes. The other one lasts about 45 minutes in 90 plus degree heat and 85% humidity before the sweat pours. I have not found a great alternative solution. I have found that placement of the rubber strip on the forehead is important. Maybe when it gets cooler this one will be more useful, but so will my other sweatbands.

Performs as advertised. High quality and comfortable.
Not sure why warmth is listed for rating, that is not the purpose of this headband. That said, this headband does excellent work at what it is intended, keeping sweat out of my eyes. The silicone band encourages the sweat to go to the sides. I recently did a Century Ride (100 miles) on my bike and it held up the whole way, turning white with salt crystals, but never dripping in my eyes.I live in the Phoenix area, so heat and sweat are unavoidable when exercising outdoors. I like that it is thin, since it fits nicely between my helmet and eyebrows.

I sweat a lot
I sweat a lot and it drips in my eyes which can really slow me down. So I was looking for something to keep the sweat from dripping onto my glasses or in my eyes. This works pretty well, but it looses some of it's function at about 45 minutes of riding for me. It will block all sweat for 45 minutes, then after that, it is soaked and it is about 50% as good as it was. It's better than nothing, but it doesn't work as good as needed. Fortunately for me, I need it for races that are less than an hour, so it works, but if you're looking for something to last all day, this could be better.

Regret purchase
Though it helps keep the sweat out of my eye's which was my original goal, this headband makes my forehead break out in pimples every time I wear it, which really sucks. Not sure why, but suspect it's the silicone band above the forehead. Aside from that it's well made but I'm not sure I'll continue to use it. Waste of money for me.

Recomendado

Works great, but fits tight
Works great to keep the sweat out of my eyes while biking. Only issue is I have a big head and it fits really tight. After a half hour of use, it sometimes gives me a headache.
