Absolutely poor quality
I was really happy to get the lovely plant for my new house and was really looking forward for years with me, but was tearful to see the condition of the plant currently. I did consult my horticulture manager at my resort if I have gone wrong. But story was clear and he clearly said the roots were missing and was anyways would have died. I requests the seller to get me same plant as recovery and keep smile on me. Thank you!

Slightly Different Than Expected, Yet Still a Nice Tree
The tree arrived well-packaged with no damage to the pot, which I appreciated. While it wasn’t exactly what I expected in terms of appearance, it’s still a nice addition and I’m reasonably happy with it overall.

Very healthy plant and good quality
Writing this review after about 15 days of receiving it. Liked the way it was packed, mentioning priority shipment as it was plant, Side up symbol, it was secured well, so that the pant is steady even if box was toppled. They had covered the sand with carton papers to retain water and had instructions how to take care for the first few days. Few leaves did wither but don't worry they grow back in time. Followed watering instructions and new leaves sprouted in just 4 days. The price is the best when compared in market. Happy with the purchase.

Died within days
It was dry when it arrived, started withering leaves soon and ultimately died. Pot was good, but plant seemed unhealthy.
