Impressive Colors
I bought this turntable for a 4" Quartz Crystal Point. This turntable has a switch that will slowly spin your artwork, or keep it standing still, and also has an off position. The base, I'm not sure what it's made of, but looks like stainless steel and shines, reflecting the colors. The lights are bright enough. Although I'm not reviewing the crystals I put on it, it does make a difference. The first crystal I bought, was a dull crystal and about as exciting as slowly a spinning a coffee cup. I would have given it a 1 star. I bought a clear crystal with natural details in it, and it reflected the colors and is a impressive showpiece. The colors glare from the crystal, and its now worth 5 stars. The results depend on what you put on your turntable.

Not as quiet as I hoped, but exactly as advertised
I have a small 1:43 model car on it. the lights work great, and the mirrored finish shows the underside well. however, while turning, it does have a noticeable hum to the point that i can't leave it spinning unless i have music/games on. It also studders while turning occasionally, suspect that it won't last very long.

Great gift for anyone!
I bought this to go with a 3D Crystal portrait of my daughter and grandson for Mother’s Day. The price was excellent because the crystal sellers were asking for $40 or more. It fit perfectly under the crystal, very sturdy. It displays 7 bright and beautiful colors. Nice gift for any occasion.

Seems nice, smells bad
This item appears to do everything it's supposed to. The rotating motion is slow and calm, and nearly silent. It does experience a slight 'hitch' in the movement every 1/6th of a rotation or so. I imagine there's probably some extra plastic on a gear tooth inside. The LED's are decently bright; for example, they are able to fully illuminate a 5x3x2" quartz point, with light left over to see by. As for the operation modes, the LED's always cycle through various colors. A warm white mode would be nice to have, as well. There are settings for with and without rotation. The top platform is mirror-finish plastic. The body of it is painted with what appears to be a thick clear coat over silver paint. While nice looking, I think the clear coat is what smells like a mix of ammonia and chlorine - and it's pretty strong. I left this thing out in the garage for a week now, hoping the smell would finish off-gassing and go away, but no luck. I also tried wiping it down with 90% alcohol in case it was just a substance left over from manufacturing. I got this for my wife, for displaying some of her minerals... but she wants nothing to do with that smell. I might take it apart and put the mechanism inside a wooden housing (after fixing whatever issue is making the gearing jumpy), or I might return it.

Memorial Display
It's sad I had to buy a lighting device like this given that it was to illuminate the ashes of my brother who unexpectedly died, it's a great way to honor him and it was a very satisfying purchase.

Quit
I purched this stand June 2023 and it quit July 2024. I had it on a timer three hours a day for only seven months. Since I winter in Arizona half of the year, I use it only half of the year. I really like the product but I'm thinking that I should not buy another if that is all they work. Any ideas?

Having had one of these since around 2005 (still working after uncountable hours in 2021) I saw the feature here and thought to get another and its really good.Silent in operation,it has a laser art feature of two lilies standing on it,and the 4 colours gently fade in and out continuously,a most pleasing effect. The older one as described stands on a glass table 9 inches away, with another laser art feature of a winged horse.seemingly flying through the starry universe,an astonishingly detailed piece, and the other uplighter,a square non rotating item, bought at the same time here (2 pieces for just over £20) brilliantly lights up in 4 colours again a laser art ballerina very nicely indeed. With a 40'' tv screen as a backdrop and standing on glass, there are 9 visible images on view, and the whole effect is absolutely brilliant. The most important aspect of the buy is the fact that these laser art pieces have been in my possession for over 10 years, and I've never really seen them like this before,as they disappear in the evening as daylight fades, and are not really prominent in visibility even in the daytime.Anyone in possession of such treasures would be as delighted as I was to see their wonderful pieces suddenly spring to beautiful life. And for such little money...

Just as advertised. Only wish you could stop it at one color and not have it switch through colors on its own
