Installed item and fail a operation test. Defective right out of the box. Returned (Thank you Amazon) and ordered/received an genuine GM part thru my wife's prime account. Received the next day and this one worked perfectly after installation.Moral of the story: order quality parts and you won't have to do the job twice within hours.

Make sure you get the correct blend door actuator. I have three of them on my vehicle.
