Perfect for track lighting.

Just what I needed, but take note.
If you're removing a ceiling light fixture to install a track light take note that the mounting plate/cross bar holes on this item only go one way to attach to your electrical box. My box was turned the opposite so I had to drill a few holes in my track and screw to a stud to hold up the track. If your box is mounted to a stud this is no problem, but if you are attaching to a remodel box you may also need sheetrock anchors.But overall this thing was a great money saver for me since I already had some track laying around I wanted to use.

Works and fit fine. Do note track orientation vs. the mounting holes in your ceiling box.
Fit and worked fine but be aware. If the electrical box you plan to use only has the lamp mounting holes in line with the direction you want to run the track, you won't be happy. I made a separate plate for one of these I used for that reason. It wasn't the items fault, but more one of the electrician who roughed in our house. If you're replacing a non-track fixture, have a look at the orientation of those screws before you continue.

Nice that twist nuts were included.

Should have been included with the strip lighting bar!
A fine product and showed in pictures of the track light bar. But not included and I had to order this parts latter separately causing more delays in assembly.
