Arus Men's Fleece Robe, Long Hooded Turkish Bathrobe

I am 5'10 & other I have bought for are 6'3 We both are use L/XL with a bit of room to spare. I bought 4 of these & very happy. This is a medium weight robe, very plush/fluffy, soft, and it goes to my mid ankle & his upper ankle which is nice when you are cold & want to wrap up into something warm. Other robes fall mid lower leg and the exposed parts are cold while the area covered is warm. Not with this robe. Everything is covered, even our heads if we want because it has a hood too. We can jump right out of the shower and cover up head to ankle! Warm enough for a cold-very chilly night sitting on the porch. There is another robe that is sold on amazon that is same length and for about the same price but it is not the same quality or warmth as this one. This is super soft & thick turkish polyester. In fact, just 2 robes filled my washing machine to the top! That says something about their thickness of plushiness! We got all 4 in the Blue and it is a bright Navy blue, very nice. Color stays even after washing, and robe does Not have piling issues. Years later and still holding strong. Getting more for my tall friends for winter now and they all love them! I would have to pay more in a department store for this quality & you can't find these sizes and thick plushy robes easily now too.

I absolutely love my new robe! So much so, that I look forward to the end of the night when I can put it on and feel as though I'm wrapped in a warm blanket. I also have spent a few gloomy days lounging in it. I'm a 5'7" woman and I purposely purchased the men's 2X so the robe would keep my feet warm even without house slippers. It touches the ground without me tripping, and that's what I wanted. The sleeves are extra long, and that's what I wanted. Basically, I wanted a warm, fuzzy blanket that I could wear, and that's exactly what it is.Just an FYI, I purchased the Alexander del Rossa robe from the website of the same name prior to this one, and I'm sending it back. It's the same robe as the Arus in terms of warmth, thickness, and comfort, except the Alexander del Rossa is Polar fleece, and the Arus is Turkish.The problem: The Alexander del Rossa shed like crazy and constantly. It was all over my couch and clothes. I spent the entire weekend picking huge lint balls off everything the robe came into contact with. Maybe they aren't all that way. Maybe I just got a faulty one?Solution: Purchasing the Arus. I was leery, but I'm so glad I did. It doesn't shed at all!!!

This robe is long enough to keep you warm when taking the dog out in the middle of the night. The sleeves are long but that stay cuffed when you roll them. I'm 6'1" and this robe comes within 10" of the floor which is perfect if it's the only thing you throw on to go outside with the dog on a 20 degree night. Build quality is just as good as any other name brand robe that you will waste your money on.

My husband wanted a hooded fleece robe in black that came down to his ankles. He is 6' tall, broad and weighs about 98kgs I dislike thin shiny fleece material, preferring the sherpa / teddy style fleece which is longer and thicker. I didn't want something that large in cotton toweling as it would have killed my washing machine and taken days to dry. It was a long search and this appeared to be the best option I could find. The problem was I was in the UK so if the sizing was wrong I wasn't going to be able to return it, it would take a bit longer to arrive and it was way more expensive than other options. I ordered the L/XL and crossed my fingers. It is perfect for him. There are two sets of belt loops depending on how high/low the person prefers to tie it, and it is wide enough for him to wrap around so that the front edges reach right around his front. It reaches to about an inch or two above his ankle bones when fastened. He says it's really cozy, and he loves the hood and that it weighs less than his old one. At just over £60 at the time of purchase this was not cheap, and while it's perfect, I really hope it lasts!

Arrived fast , in reusable plastic zip bag. Inside big box. SUPER WARM during cold Canadian winters. Sleeves are very long and able to fold back to be short if needed. Deep warm pockets and cloth belt. I fell asleep wearing it quite a few times on couch. Fabric is very soft, like a baby kitten on those toilette paper commercials.BEST thing is it makes me look like a Jedi Master with the deep hood! Go for the Extra large if you're 5'9, that way it hangs to your toes. Honestly have to turn dow my heating when wearing it = reduces electric bills.
