Product Description Raw Sport vitality is taking the healthy snack market to the next level. There is no longer a need to ride The blood sugar roller coaster that sugary snacks place you On. One vitality coffee drink will give you an energy boost without the energy Highs and lows created by sugar. In fact, protein has the opposite effect. It helps balance blood sugars by binding carbohydrates for a slow release into the bloodstream, helping to stabilise energy levels throughout the day. A sugary snack lacks protein and fibre and creates a rapid spike of glucose into the bloodstream to give a quick release of energy followed by a dip. Mixes well and tastes great!
Great vegan coffee powder that doesn’t taste gritty. Previously I was adding coffee to my non-whey protein, this feels much healthier and tastes great. I mix mine with nut milk in a blender and sip from a travel coffee mug. It keeps me full until lunch time.

Vegan and varied!
I noticed muscle wasting as I got older despite being very active; being a retired doctor I realised increasing protein would be helpful and tried various vegan and vegetarian protein powders but found that some tasted really unpleasant even with flavouring, and many were based just on a single protein such as whey[from milk] or pea flour. This one already includes a flavour[my preference is for the coffee one, and I do often add little more coffee powder] but what I really like is that it tastes really great and it contains protein from peas and quinoa, as well as having some other beneficial ingredients such as fennel, ginger, and papaya enzyme. I still need to work out with weights to regain lost muscle[age related muscle wasting, nothing pathological] but enjoy the benefits I perceive from this plant based protein.
