These Rugby Simethicone pills are a real lifesaver when that bloating and gas hits. I jumped on these when I saw the price and I got two bottles of them they are way-way cheaper than Phazyme in comparison for what you get and they do just as good as a job. I have gas problems all the time and I cannot stand it when it hurts my belly so I take two of these. You are only to take no more than two a day so if you continue to have painful gas I found something that works online also and it does work very well and that is a cup of tea with a peppermint. I had some peppermint left over from Christmas in my cupboard and put a chunk of it in my hot tea and it took the painful gas away from eating a Mexican Dish I made with some soreno peppers in it and it was really hurting me bad each time I would make a meal from the dish. So these two methods are sure to work and keep you from taking to many when you have a gas attack that is really painful. Hope this helps.

Very good product and not expensive at all

This has the same ingredient as the name brand and works just as well. That said, I still save money when buying the generic version in my local grocery store. I used to keep this item stocked in my cabinet but realized I got a better deal in store.
