TruFire Archery Compound Bow Draw Check Adjustment Tool

I purchased a bow based on my general upper body strength. The first day a few draws and I was done. After using this at home for a week I have developed much more range of motion and strength in the muscles that are required for drawing. This has helped me significantly. Prevents dry firing. Pretty comfortable. Buckle strap is a personal preference to the Velcro used on some wrist releases.*My friends best tip so far is to use the draw check to help extend my draw duration. It helps with my accuracy after the initial draw because I become fatigued less quickly.Only con. I have decently large hands my release was extended so its not crushing my fingers like this bar is.

Bought this as I live in the city and can't shoot in the backyard here... Fits snug, good tool to draw back and work on strengthening and conditioning of those back muscles. At twenty bucks, much better than any risk of a trigger slipping and dryfiring my bow! I've seen and used these at bow shops before to protect their inventory, so knew what I was purchasing. Super adjustable, seems like it’s made to adjust for adults and not kids but other than that it’s great. It’s just a simple safety wrist sling for checking draw length or making peep adjustments but it’s an essential piece for ensuring safety of your bow as well as yourself.

Perfect tool for archery "rehab". I have damaged shoulders and really wanted to work on form and reconditioning the shoulders without concern for nocking an arrow or worrying about accidental release of an arrow.My local bow retailers had this tool for trying bows, but not for sale.Excellent value. Unless you have your own range in your house, you need this.

Great tool to prevent a dry fire. Very comfortable. Would be nice if the length was adjustable (maybe it is, I just don't know how?)Good for practice, strength training, muscle memory, and to satisfy your friends who want to "check it out."

Be careful the hook has a sharp edge. It frayed my d loop within a dozen pulls. I’m new to archery and thought it wasn’t that bad then it snapped when drawing luckily at 1/4 draw so my brand new bow doesn’t appear to have damage.

If you are practicing archery this is a must have. Usually used a tool, this works very well for beginners as well to build up arm strength and helps get proper form.

Found it invaluable when setting up peep sight on growing child. As he grows, have to move peep sight for him...No worries about dry fires when setting up bow.
