I usually prefer drier jerky than this but overall I’m impressed and thoroughly enjoyed both flavors. I bought a small amount to test before committing to a large order and was not disappointed. The kangaroo jerky reminded me of being in Australia, had the perfect flavor and was a happy medium between dry and wet. The gator jerky was saltier than I expected (never tried gator jerky before, just gator steak) but still tasted delicious. I’ll 100% be ordering again in larger quantities in the future.

I had never had Alligator or Kangaroo before. I was especially impressed with the Alligator. it was so delicious, just the right amount of seasoning. Not to sound cliche but it taste a lot like chicken lol but better really. The Kangaroo was good as well but it had more of the classic beef jerky flavor with a hint of roo? i suppose? lol Both were very tasty though and i would check them out if i were you.

So this is the second time I ordered these two jerkies. I just opened them up since I was waiting on another jerky to come in. The kangaroo, nothing was wrong with it. Alligator however, well as you'll see in the photo, pretty sure it's not supposed to harder than usual with white spots growing all over it. Not sure if mold or something else but I cannot eat this.

They have an okay taste never really had kangaroo or alligator kingroot kind of like a little bit more than the alligator it has like a smokey fruity gaming taste the alligator on the other hand was vinegary spicy and salty at the same time weirdly but other than that they were okay

As a Texan, jerky is life. Iv had hundreds of kinds of jerky I bet, hands down this is the best exotic jerky iv ever tasted. The kangaroo is real tender and mellow, very good flavor tho. The gator does have the gamy taste with a touch of a salty seasoning, it just mind blowing tho. A definite must if your anything like me and have waisted hundreds of dollars on bags of jerky from gas stations and markets.

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved them! We love trying new things and I’m so glad he raved about these :) definitely buying him more. Yes there isn’t much for the price but it’s not a common thing you can buy anywhere, it was worth how happy it made him.

3rd time writing this because it won't let me upload pics for some reasonThe Kangaroo tasted ok but was extra dryI'd give it a 3/10The gator however was moldy like in another review on here, so it seems to be a common problem with it so I don't recommend
