Is this pencil made in Germany?

Does this come with the metal internals or is it the plastic ones that were from old stock

The Rotring 800 Mechanical Pencil is a full body metal pencil. The internal parts of the pencil are also metal.

2 Tips and Key. Instructions state that ‘2 tips and 1 key are included’ however did not find any in the box. Anyone else missing these items?

Hmm. I bet that part of the instructions only refers to the 800 plus and is about the stylus tips, not part of the standard 800.
