Well-designed and tough tool belt, comfortable all day
I waited 18 months to write this review so I could speak to the biggest issues that a professional electrician considering this belt for daily use might want addressed.First of all, the build quality of the belt is very good. After 18 months of daily usage, I have no loose stitches or any spots where the pockets/canvas has worn though. The webbing belt itself may need to be replaced a some point as the grommets that get used all the time have started to get bent and elongated, but I consider this normal wear and tear and that's to be expected. It's nowhere near replacement yet, but I bet by the five year mark it'll be time. The belt is comfortable. I purchased the S-L size and have a 34 waist and the belt fits very well. I saw in one of the 1-star reviews the complaint that the belt was difficult to "break in". I did not find that to be the case at all. The padded back belt is very comfortable and the nylon webbing belt is pliable and snugs easily. The double row of grommets and double prongs make for a secure connection. I have worked with this belt on all day, up to five days a week, for 18 months and it has never given me any appreciable discomfort. I did have to adjust where the pouches land on my thighs (there is a 2-star review that notes this problem). Getting up and down a lot the front corner of the pouch would rub my thigh through my double wall Carharts and annoy the hell out of me, but I shifted the pouches back a bit and this stopped. As many other reviewers have stated, I feel the overall design of the belt is very good. The carry handles are great for carrying as well as hanging the belt from a hook. I don't wear suspenders often, but I keep the suspender rings on the belt and often use the front ones to hook a carabiner with my keys or my magnetizer to keep those at hand. The tape loop is nice. I like it better than the chain/tee style used on many other belts. I don't use the hammer loop, so I can't speak to it's function. See what others have to say on that one.As far as the pocket/pouch layout here's the thing: design is a touchy issue. It can be hard to assign stars objectively based on an opinion of the design. One person loves the size of the pouches, another says they are too large and the tools fall out. I found it just took time to arrange my tools properly and not just stick one pair of pliers in each pocket and go. Once I got all my tools in the places where I wanted them and got used to my layout, I can easily remove and replace the most used tools without even looking down. I do wish that there were some smaller, shallower pouches for small items, and I also agree that there could be better pencil/pen/marker holders on the "front" of the pouches. But, that being said, I really can't knock any stars off. The overall approach the designers of this product took to get it to this point was logical and the product functions well. For the end user, to each their own. Figure it out, or make your own tool belt...

Great Lightweight Electrician's Bag
After reading reviews...and not wanting to go with leather...I ordered this setup for my son who is in a trade school for becoming an electrician. The belt is well designed with the Velcro sub-strap prior to tightening the double prong buckle. The reason for the one less star in the comfort rating is it takes some getting used to in order to get the rear lumbar support centered in the small of your back. But once put on correctly, my son loved it. I was amazed at how logically it's laid out for your tools for easy access and quick selection. It hold everything needed without getting overcrowded...linesman pliers, needle nose pliers, cutters, strippers, utility knife, the larger ratcheting pliers, multiple screw drivers...right down to the small pouches on the side for multiple markers, a front mounter clip for the tape measure and a rear hoop for your hammer. It even had a diagonal pouch for his safety glasses. The carrying handles on top of both pouches are great for grabbing the belt, keeping it upright so nothing falls out, when walking to the job site....I've never seen that on a tool belt before. It seems ruggedly made and most of all, it's light weight at the same time. We took off the secondary pouch for now as that'll be used in doing production work when needing wire nuts, screws, grounding clips, etc. When you go into the trades, your tools and related equipment purchases are an investment, buy them right the first time and never look back...this belt fits that philosophy. We couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Mostly good quality.
Good quality pouches and pad. Belt is okay, but the grommets for the belt holes are low quality. I had to repair one on my first day of use. I recommend getting the suspenders. I did not and the belt slides down due to the weight in the pouches and movement from bending and climbing. Would buy again. Would recommend.

Excellent
And excellent product. Seems very well made and that it will last a long time. Plenty of pockets for a variety of tools needs for electrical work. This seems just as well made as the Milwaukee at a better price. The fit is also excellent. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it. I did purchase this as the combo. Belt with suspenders and both are equal quality.

Great belt
Just received so far seems great, my one complaint is that this size is supposed to be up to 55" waist but I'm a 46" and it's snug.

BAZINGA.
Wow. Just wow. I've had lots of tool belts over the years from hvac, lead cell tower technician, carpentry. This thing is awesome. As a residential electrician I have lots of tools to carry around and she holds them all and then some. Even with all my tools in it, she still fits in my Hart modular tool kit.

Outstanding wear every day all day will buy again
Outstanding product. I can be productive all day if I am only using a handful of tools and hardly any supplies, up to a full load with supplies maxed out on the right and the impact on too. I usually put measure tape on top inside right pockets because it catches on things. Even with full load still comfortable, just pay attention when going around tight areas.I also use it to carry around tools if I am stationary. The only thing I could ask for which is pretty out there, but maybe possible in future generations hint hint would be to make it so it is self standing on its own while all loaded up. I don't know maybe it's already possible. Magnet arm works great too. And is also comfortable. Shoulder straps are also comfortable but I rarely use because I can wear it all day loaded up without them.
