Non slip is the oppersite of what this tray is. It's a basic plastic tray with a little bit if texture. Plates will slip if tray is tilted even slightly. Do not buy this product... wish I had not ordered.

Great, sturdy trays. A good size, holds average size plate, cutlery and glass
