WIMAXIT 13.3 Inch IPS 1920X1080 16:9 Display Aluminum Housing HDMI Monitor Screen Game Monitor for PS3/PS4/Xbox/Raspberry PI

I was looking for a simply lightweight portable screen i could use with any of my video games systems, laptop, or just to watch videos on while i was traveling. This little screen hit all the hose marks, I purchased this little gem to on my PS4 on the go. I can easily power it off the built in USB ports and the screen plays excellent in this configuration. the colors look clear and crisp the contrast is so clean i would swear it is a HDR unit, (even though PS4 doesn't recognize it), the screen fits nicely in my ps4 travel bag and even at it's small size it's easy to play on. i have recently added a wireless HDMI to this unit so i can use my PS4 at home in the living room while the family wants to watch tv. I can say without a doubt this was one of my better purchases. The only real draw back to the entire unit is the speakers, all i can say is the make sound. But to me i don't need more than that as i use my wireless headset or plug in earbuds. For the price and function i do not see any reason to be disappointed. I would recommend picking up a slip fit bag or something else as while the aluminum housing is robust and sturdy enough the screen has little to no protection. In my case i have an older laptop bag which has one firm side. I place the screen in this with the sensitive side facing the plastic to prevent damage.

I bought this to hang on a wall (from a 3m "no residue" hook) and that worked out very well (very light, easy to fabricate a "strap" to screw into the back for securing to the stand that comes with it).My complaints about this -You can't switch between inputs/control the volume without going into the menu and navigating around with the buttons. My work around (rather than fooling with the buttons) is to unplug the HDMI connection I don't want to use but it would be nice if you could just tap a button to move through the inputs (like a normal tv).Also if would be nice if you could adjust the volume without going into the menu.The buttons are on the back of the device (which too be fair, i didn't notice when ordering, since the connections were on the side, i just assumed the buttons were on the other side).This would of been five stars if you could cycle inputs with a single button press and control the volume with two buttons instead of having to go to the menu all the time (instead the up/down buttons control the brightness)

I had this for about 4 months before it died on me. It just doesn't power on anymore. I've made sure all the wires still give power and signal but this monitor is dead. After having it for about 2 months, there were flickering spells which I attributed to bad cables, but switching didn't really help. Now I know why.

Strong aluminum shell yet very light and slim. Perfect for mobile ps4 play. Hdmi ports are mini but comes with adapter
