Vintage Christmas Cards CD-ROM and Book (Dover Electronic Clip Art)

First, I must say that this product is exactly as described and is full of sweet, quirky, and beautiful images. That being said, several of the cards were a little creepier than I might have guessed. Having not really spent much time looking at vintage Christmas cards in the past, I never realized that some of the images of Santa and children are almost a little too lifelike, and their gazes seem less sweet and more mad (crazy).I think that those images are few and far between, though, and there are many ways you could use these images in your holiday decorating, scrapbooking, etc. There are many images to choose from, and my parents - who are in their late 50's/early 60's got a real hoot out of looking at these - they said they reminded them of their grandparents.

A wonderful collection of vintage Christmas cards. I was able to use them and made my own Christmas cards this year. They turned out really nice. I also plan on using them to create vintage cross stitch designs. The colors are really crisp and clear and with the CD Rom, I can adjust the size before importing the image into my cross stitch software program which is a very nice feature. I would recommend this for anyone who does crafting projects.

A nice collection of vintage Victorian Christmas cards. Of the 204 designs in the book, I plan to use only about 16. There are lots of Santas and chubby-faced children, but only a few landscapes. For the price, this is a pretty good deal.

The images are nice, but I was disappointed that although it shows to have 204 images, the CD only has 100 images. And, the attention grabbing Santa in green on the cover is not even included. If I want any of the last 104 images, I will have to scan them from the book.

The Christmas vintage picture were beautiful, the color on each one was very bright, and there was much detail to each picture. They are going to look just stunning on the Christmas cards that I make.

The Vintage Christmas Cards in this book are outstanding. It's a great place to source both low and high resolution images for your holiday projects, crafts or printed out as holiday cards. Great bargain, high quality images!

I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO RECEIVING THIS PRODUCT. I FOUND THAT ABOUT THREE QUARTERS OF THE CLIP ART WAS A DISSAPOINTMENT. SORRY

Has arrived really fast and it is a great book!

The pictures turned out nicer than I thought they would. I love the vintage look.
