I wanted to try hair extensions for the first time without having to invest too much, and I’m very happy with this purchase! I couldn’t believe it wasn’t real hair... it’s so soft and silky. But you have to be careful because it does tangle very, very easily. I ended up wearing it as a braid and it looks very beautiful. After a couple of times, I quickly learned how to put it on correctly and it stays on nicely. I got the 28” long ponytail in black/brown, so it is LONG but it doesn’t look fake on me. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try extensions for the first time and I’m sure those who wear extensions all the time would also recommend it. Just make sure you’re aware it can tangle easily so you need to brush it gently and before and after each use and handle it with care so the softness and frizz-free look lasts. Otherwise it will get all tangled and look bad, but at this affordable price, you can just buy a new one.

This product was good quality but not as long as pictured

Looks so easy in the videos, but I was unable to get it to work without severe pulling down. Not comfortable or tidy looking. When I wrapped the strand around, the velcro would stick to the rest of the hair and snag it. The hair is soft and pretty, nice color, but gets easily tangled. That would not have bothered me at that great price. It was that I could not get the ponytail to stay in. It's too heavy to stay in place. A better idea would be a ponytail that comes to a point with a hair elastic on the end that you attach to your own hair just like you are making a ponytail. I wore those when I was a circus performer. Looked great and were very light. I could wear it all day without feeling like it was pulling. If you have any of those, I will be a customer.

If you love synthetic hair this is perfect for you. And it has a little bit of softness

First off I love the color!! It matches my hair perfectly and it's so tough to find fake hair extensions that actually match a red head. Now the color isn't an orangy ginger but more of a copper auburn, but that happens to be my exact shade. I added the hair tinsel separately after seeing an add on Instagram for an Insert Name Here pony extension but it was $63 and it didn't come in my shade! So I was happy to find this pony tail and now it looks just like the one I saw on instagram only I spent like $45 less! I feel so sexy when I wear this ponytail. It does tangle up a bit especially if you're whipping it around like I did haha. But I was able to brush out the tangles. Just make sure you're gentle and work from the bottom up. Also I tested my flat iron on the pony and it did not damag it. Great value for the price!

I loved the length and color of this pony. It did the job, and both tubes I've worn it I've received so many compliments. However, you get what you pay for in terms of not buying "perfection". 1) Wish the Velcro strap of the wrap around was more sturdy/better quality and had more Velcro coverage. The material stretched out after 1st use (attempt of learning how to put it in rather, not actual use). After it became stretched out, the Velcro section no longer lined up, so you had to just wrap that piece right as possible and pray your bobby pins hold up. Lol 2) The pony is so beautiful, but yes yes and yes, just like the other reviews, it tangles so easily. I kept finger combing it and people probably thought I had a nervous twitch or something. Then my girls kept brushing it out with their combs and it kind of became a laughing joke (in fun) of who's turn it was to keep my pony in check. All in all, yes 1,000% worth the cost since it's so inexpensive, but the latter was more of an issue. Especially the 2nd time I wore it it was outside with wind. Lol

This had so many people fooled that it was my real hair. It is heavy and it can tangle but I just kept a tangle teaser with me throughout the event. The pictures with it looked incredible and the colour match was so good

As soon as I took it from the package, the hair tangled and ended up being a matted mess.

This product is great! However, after purchasing 3 of them I learned a few tips on how to make it look better and make it last longer. First, I recommend putting your hair up in a ponytail and not a bun, so the tracks don’t show as much. Then, when it gets all tangled (oh it will !!) just spray detangling spray, brush starting from the bottom and flat iron it at a low temp and it will regain its softness! Brush it when needed during the day (I bring a small brush in my bag when I wear it)
