Remote not working
Remote not working even after replacement, remote is probably not compatible with my Toshiba TV. Why then donthey have to mention the product as universal remote?!?There is no opty for a refund also on Amazon, only replacement option available.

Works well. Quality of plastic can improve
The plastic quality is not up to the mark as compared to the original remote. But for this price, it does the job well. Have been using it for quite some time now..no complaints!

Okay product
Ordered it for my Toshiba TV thinking the remote was not working but when I took it to the mechanic, he said the problem was with motherboard. He advised to replace and since I know he is a good knowledgeable person, I took his advice and replaced the motherboard costing 2500,without warranty as he said it would be repairable(original one comes 4500 also with no warranty) and many do that. Good thing happened was- my TV was HD ready(720p) when I purchased it and I was having full HD DTH pack. But after replacing my motherboard,that motherboard supported 1080p and now the TV viewing is awesome. I also got a new remote for the motherboard. So, I returned this product and took refund.
