I loved everything about this swing. The first thing I noticed when opening was the top notch quality of pressure treated wood used to construct it.Every piece sanded to perfection and ready for my stain and urethane finish.Every tiny detail went into designing and assembling this swing- from the seat contours to the sturdy 2x4 foundation. I was continuously impressed the more I inspected it. This swing was build not only for beauty but for comfort and durability.Assembly was probably 15-20 minutes and very easy instructions. The back and seat are preassembled and I would recommend staining and urethaning at this stage - prior to your final assembly.This swing is a little more $ then most swings but the quality difference far surpasses the cost difference.I HIGHLY recommend this swing; you WILL not be disappointed.Upon assembly even the bolt holes matched up perfectly. Everything was perfect 👍

I was amazed at the quality of the sanded finish, and the grain in the wood is beautiful, especially if you darken it. I particularly like the "rolled" front edge which makes it even more comfortable to sit on. Very sturdy and well put together. I was dreading the assembly as I thought all the slats in the seat and back would come packed separately. This was not the case and those two sections were already assembled, and arms ready to attach. Very easy and I would not hesitate to recommend this swing to anyone! Great quality and definitely worth the price!

I was skeptical on if I actually needed to spend the extra over the other generic brands but let me tell you this bench is solid and totally worth it. The main benefit is the added length on the seat, I’m tall and the full length seat is definitely a necessity which the others don’t have. I understand they can’t predict everyone’s different mounting situations but I did find it a little annoying the mounting hardware is sold separately.The opted to buy the springs that another reviewer suggested and wow do they make the difference as well. Definitely recommend the springs for a comfier ride.The last addition I made was diy cup holders, I didn’t want to spend the nearly $50 extra dollars so I in turn spent way too many hours drilling, cutting, routing and sanding a pair of cup holders for each side. I think they turned out pretty well identical to theirs.The only big negative I have about this is the wood is a bit soft just by nature of the wood. While moving it around on my patio to set it up I did damage a corner piece but it was easily sanded back down. Just beware to not drag it or walk it too harshly on concrete.

We bought this for the front porch of our new home. It came well packed (nothing damaged) and was easy to put together. Tip - when putting the arm-rests on, leave the lower screws loose enough to get a little wiggle room on the upper arm screw. It was hard to get the last screw in when all the other screws were tight. Love it. Looks just like the picture. We might add cushions for the straight back; the seat is curved.

My porch swing is very important to me. I have always bought the ones at a home improvement store for $50-80 that lasts a few years. This time I wanted a "good" swing. Well, I got a great swing! The frame is made out of 2x4s. The slats are 1" thick just like the description says. It's so comfortable. In fact, you can adjust the angle of the seat using the chain (i.e. the front of the seat higher or lower). My husband said it was very easy to put together. He even mentioned that all the pre-drilled holes lined up. The chain that comes with it is heavy duty too. I've attached a picture of when we first hung it up (without stain). Also, the estimated shipping was June 2-20, which is a wide range, so I wasn't expecting it when the swing arrived on June 1! I would definitely buy this again but I don't think I'm going to have to buy another swing for a long time.

I have had other swings before. I look for a well made swing this time. I found this one; after looking at so many that were not worth the cost. It is very well designed with great hardware. I stained my swing before i put it together. All went together very well, the instructions are will done. The packing of the unit is also well packed. After I completed and installed this first one I purchased another for my vacation home.

It is comfortable and holds three adults, (OK two grandparents with a good-sized grand-child). It was simple to attach the bench-back to the seat, and to add the two arm-rests. It was not difficult to hang-up, (especially with a good-sized grand-child. It looks great with polyurethane which was easy to apply because it arrived well-sanded. I like it, a lot; especially next to Grandma! (I'm sure it will look more inviting as the ivy grows in.)
