Not for everyone
Ok so I started taking the recommended dose. A few days in to it I start waking in the middle of the night with intense chest pain. Ive always been concerned about my heart to begin with so I thought maybe a heart attack was starting. The next night same thing. The following day I told my wife and how I was concerned of a heart attack. Then it happened again but during the day so I thought oh no I’m not dying today and went to the ER. Long story and $3000 later it was these pills giving me heart burn. Glad not to be having a heart attack but pissed it was just heart burn from these pills.UPDATE: After writing this review the owner, Ben, reached out to me and gave me a refund. It wasn’t an automated response either. He took the time to actually read my review and respond. Not just once but several times. This company has integrity. Thanks Ben.

Great high potency potassium supplement.
Hard to find a potassium supplement with more than 2% of RDA of potassium. My high potency potassium pills say 5400mg of potassium from potassium bircarbonate which is 2100mg of potassium, in turn which is 45% of the RDA.Actually, 5400 mg of potassium bicarbonate does not directly translate to 2100 mg of potassium. Instead, 5400 mg of potassium bicarbonate contains 2100 mg of elemental potassium. To clarify:Potassium bicarbonate is a compound containing potassium and bicarbonate ions.Elemental potassium refers specifically to the amount of potassium in its pure form. The pill provides 2100 mg of elemental potassium from the 5400 mg of potassium bicarbonate. So, 5400 mg of potassium bicarbonate includes other components besides potassium, and the 2100 mg is the actual amount of potassium your body can use. Hopefully I can get the other 55% from food in my diet. Hope this helps with the confusion. 🙂

better than bananas
been having leg cramps lately which potassium can help alleviate, but eating bananas wasn't cutting it. I looked up how much potassium one should have a day and found bananas fell quite a bit short. This supplement makes it easy to know you are getting your daily dose without breaking the bank and it's helped with my leg cramps.

Supposedly great but generic white captsules are concerning. Not FDA tested.
Assuming the label is true, I am happy this includes a good amount of potassium, more than Centrum.I also purchased "DrFormulas Bone Support 100% DV 1000mg Calcium Supplement Carbonate, Citrate, Gluconate, (not d-glucarate) Chloride with Vitamin D, Magnesium and Boron - 30 Day Supply".It's concerning that the unmarked white capsules look identical to these.

Best thing since slice bread especially if you are on a diet or want heart health!
So I purchased this after researching the benefits and how necessary it is to have the adequate amount of potassium in your diet. So I've lost 25 pounds with diet and exercise, but due to the holiday season I had been slacking. Upon my findings, I found out that I'm potassium deficient since it's recommended to have 4700mg/day and I was getting half of that! This helps to balance out sodium intake, as well as promote cardiovascular health. This product allowed me to maintain my weightloss even with drinking cocktails and eating a ton of tasty holiday food! You will be CLEANSED! Also, each pill has 1350mg, so adjust accordingly with your potassium intake from food. And do NOT take on an empty stomach! Take with food! You have been warned lol.

Take with Caution
This may be a perfectly good and safe supplement. I don't know. That's not the point of my review. My goal is to simply warn people who take a supplement like this to monitor themselves on the effect it has on them. It has had horrible effects on me, and I'm so thankful I noticed them and stopped the product before long. It made me feel sick, dizzy, foggy, weak, to the point where I thought I had long-covid or something. Thankfully, I noticed it within about 2 weeks of taking (1/2 the dosage) them and stopped. I immediately felt better. Again, I'm not saying the supplement is "not good" or anything, I don't know the purity standards, that's not the point of my review. The point of my review is to not assume that a new supplement will agree with you, it may actually make you sick, and if you think you may be sick from something else and "it couldn't be the supplement doing that to me," you could end up taking the supplement for a long time all the while it making you sick! So, try a few pills, and if they don't agree with you and you feel sick, depressed, anxious, it may be something in the supplement and you'll know to stop it. Day 1 of stopping the supplement and I feel my normal self again and can focus, work, and not feel sick. I've had reactions with a couple other supplements, but most I tolerate well. I'm just warning everything to be cautious about taking new supplements. Do not assume they will help. They could be making you sick. Again, that's not a shot at the manufacturer, it's simply a warning to consumers to monitor themselves carefully when taking any new product.
