I like the fact the tape is pre-cut which is helpful as I bought the tape for my knees, I had reconstructed ACL surgery a year ago and I play competitive basketball. Usually my knee swells after playing a tough game but when I use the tape the swelling is reduced considerably.The tape is easy to apply however, the strength is not that great and frays easy if over stretched. It feels nice on the skin and appears bresthable, it does not necessarily peel off when exposed to water.I have used the tape for my Achilles too and it works but sometimes I can still feel a twinge or a slight pain in the ankle the morning after playing, not sure whether this is the tape or me.Overall I recommend the tape, it's the best one I've seen and tried on Amazon so far, the price is ok too.

Love this tape, I’m a sports therapist and use this on my clients and they always comment on how long it lasts.I twisted my ankle two weeks ago and have been support taping myself and it’s been excellent.It looks really good too!!You have to make sure the skin is dry, that you apply properly with the right tension and rub to heat activate the tape.

Tried to use this on my knee. Followed instructions and shaved the area . Starts to peel off during 4 mile run every time and as for it being waterproof , I don’t think so as totally peels off in shower . I’ll try another brand next time

No as good or as think as Ktape but still good value just use more or it & more often
