Domori Trinitario 100% Chocolate Bar (50 g)

I found this to be okay, but I found it too focused on texture, rather than flavor. I tried five different 100% chocolate bars, and this one is certainly one of the least bitter, but I also found it one of the least flavorful.On the other hand, it does have a remarkably creamy texture. I would guess this is because of a high cocoa butter content. If you want a creamy chocolate that is not too bitter, I think this one is for you.

Won't buy again. While I can see where many would like this - smooth and probably not as bitter as it could be - Much too expensive for such a tiny bar of chocolate. I bought several bars of pure (or very close to pure) chocolate for a tasting and for my purposes (and taste buds) I'm sticking with the 85% or 90% Lindt bars that can be purchased locally for $2.

Not that good, not sure what this is for

I understand that some people like the acidity and sour/fruity tang to some dark chocolates. I personally hate that flavor, which is why I love this chocolate bar! It's very small, but you'll be hard pressed to find a 100% chocolate that's not extremely bitter and not sour at all. It's a wonderful, mellow dark chocolate that satisfies my chocolate cravings.

Very smooth bar and great flavor. I'm just starting getting to learn the good bars vs the mass produced organic bars. Note this is 1.76oz. Just make sure you know what you're getting and you'll be happy.

Vorausgesetzt man liebt Zartbitter, dann ist man bei dieser 100% Schokolade von Domori richtig. Fuer gesunde, zuckerfreie Energie Zwischendurch - einfach genial. Die Tafeln sind duenn, was den Geschmack viel intensiver erleben laesst. Domori ist zugegeben Luxus in Schokolade und laesst sich mehr mit Wein vergleichen - 25g sind wenig - viel zu wenig - dennoch Genuss pur und fuer besondere Momente. Hoffentlich gibt es bald groessere Tafeln der 100% Schokoladen von Domori.

Was kann man zu einer guten Schokolade noch sagen... sehr schön und ansprechend verpackt, wenig Inhalt damit man auch wirklich genießt und einfach ein wirklich sehr guter Geschmack

Die Schokolade wurde sehr prompt geliefert, sie ist sehr frisch, so dass der Geschmack weder zu bitter noch seifig ist. Ich kann es nur empfehlen zur Stress- und Heißhungerbekämpfung

これは他の100%カカオより甘味を感じます。砂糖が入ってるのではないかと思いました。口どけ、風味の点でクリオーロより好みの味でした。夏場はミネラルウォーターが合います。初めて100%を食べる方にはちょっと苦いかも知れません。50%、70%と徐々にカカオ率を上げて慣らしていくことをお勧めします。
