Not worth the cost
I bought 2 and regret the money i spent. They take forever to charge and battery life is terrible. The cheap head-light i got at AutoZone is brighter and batteries last a couple of nights fishing for catfish so the trade off for a rechargeable light definitely wasnt worth the extra cost. Another side note is the cheap one is waterproof. I doubt this would work if dropped in the water. I'd go with the $8.99 one over this $25 light if given a choice kniwing what i know now

Bright, Heavy, Small Button.
First the bad, then the good...The Bad...Another case of someone who will never have to use one, designing one.As others have stated, button is too small making it hard to locate with finger (especially wearing gloves) causing one to get their hat dirty fast (depending on what you're doing)I have seen some other brands with motion censors (just wave your hand in front of it to turn light on and off) but a button twice as big would work fine. Also it sticks out too far causing it to be fore-heavy with leverage and if your hat is loose fit (comfortable) it causes the brim of the hat to be heavy and travel downward with every movement. The Good...As for brightness, I will give it that, it is brighter than most hat lights, has a cool zoom or (spot light feature) where the beam can be a wide angle circle, or focused to a tight brighter spot light when needed.Has an elbow joint so you can have it pointing straight out, or fold it downward so it shines on your chest area if working with wires in close proxemity, or reading a book? And it is rechargable after all, which is what we all want, and were robbed of for 100 years.

Little hat brim lights kick butt
I bought two for walking my dogs at night - I live in an unincorporated area without sidewalks and only a few streetlights and these little bad boys are perfect for the task - cars can see me and the dogs four blocks away and I can spot skunks (a hassle I always try to avoid) 200’ to 300’ away. I keep one charging while I use the other and I’d say I’m easily getting two to three hours of battery life at a minimum out of a charge. For their size (small) and weight (almost unnoticeable on your hat brim) these lights kick butt. No, they don’t have multiple light level settings but they do allow you to adjust the beam width which is more useful to me. By pushing in the light lens barrel you can go from a 12” narrow spotlight on the ground looking down in front of you to a 15’ wide-angle circle of light in less than a second. To give you an idea of how bright they are, I mountain bike at night and if I didn’t have a high-tech, dual unit 1500 lumen lighting system I would put my two Fishnu hat brim lights on my bike helmet and ride almost as fast. If they had a downside it would be the hard plastic of the brim clip - it can slide around your hat brim a bit, especially if you’re jogging. The quick fix I came up with for that was to wrap a tactical rubber band (they last longer - silicone rubber instead natural gum rubber) a couple of times around the brim clip and, voila!, no more slippage.

THIS THING IS REALLY HANDY!!! I USE IT ON A DAILY BASIS!!
This is a really handy flashlight. You can clip it on your, belt, watch pocket, ballcap , hard hat, and even on the neck of your shirt. This light is very easy to find a place to perch. So your able to work with both hands. Fits in front pocket well. While not in use. The focus is nice for pin pointing the light beam. Charges in descent time (couple of hours)and is very bright. Battery will last for a few hours or longer. I use mine on a daily basis and it makes things so much easier. I am a commercial/industrial electrician in new construction. With 32 years experience and this has become one of those tools you grab everytime you go on a mission.

Decent little cap light, poor battery life
Overall this is a decent little cap light. It's small and light, but gives good power when fully charged, which is very handy for walking my dog at night. Light is strong out about 20-25 feet. I like the adjustability of the beam focus. Battery life is very good so far. Can't speak to long-term durability as yet.Initial shortcomings were small, notably the lack of multiple power settings. Also this is described as a 500 lumen light, but there's no way this is that strong. At best this is like 200-250 lumens. Still plenty powerful for my needs, at least when it's fully charged. It's also a tad pricey for the overall package compared to other cap lights. As I've used this light longer, I'm finding the battery life is poor and the light requires more recharging other lights of this type I have and tried. The light lose a lot of its power when it starts to be discharged, to the point where the light is virtually useless at less than half a charge.

Not much down the stretch
This cap light is quite bright for 10-15 minutes. And it does state in the listing a 2hr charge time and a 2hr discharge time both claims are true. The last hour the light is no assistance.UPDATEUnit no longer takes a full charge. Plugged in for hours and isn’t fully charged. Loss of light intensity has degraded and much less bright with noticeable diminished length of service than out of the box.

Everybody asks me about it.
I use this at work for short periods of time all throughout the day, and for that type of intermittent use, this light is great. I've used it four months so far. I charge it twice a week or more often if it gets extra use. It stays put on the bill of my cap and I can quickly grab it for use as handheld light and it only takes one hand to clip it back on my cap. Easy to turn on and off, even with thick gloves. Simple on/off switch. No annoying strobe function. Everybody asks me about it. One co-worker already bought one a month ago after seeing mine in action, and two more guys are telling me they are definitely going to get one.I've read these other reviews and it seems like the folks who need it to shine continuous are the most disappointed. I probably wouldn't recommend this light for continuous burn times.

Works great, love it
Works very well, clips on easy and swivels easily, provides alot of light right until it dies. Battery life is great, i work 12 hour shifts and it will last being used for about 4 to 5 hours in total for about 3 days before it needs charging
