Boring book. Not too good for children

This is one of the best books to read for Dr. Suess week (or Read Around America). It tells the story of his life in an easy-to-understand way. I read it to first graders. As it's a bit long, I have chunked it into two days, but it depends on the class. I highly recommend this book if you're learning about Dr. Suess and his life.

I purchased this book to read to my class for Reading Week. It is short and simple biography about Dr. Seuss. If you are looking to read more about Dr. Seuss life in elementary school, this book will do it.

This is a great level three reader about the awesome Dr. Seuss. My son, as an 8 year old, has learned much about this author in school. This text went above what he knew plus was a challenging read for a low-level 2nd grade reader.
