I recently purchased a magnetic germanium necklace as a Christmas present for my friend and was thoroughly impressed. The chain was delivered super fast, next day status. I was happy with the over all look and length of the chain. Titanium is light so I really dont feel it around my neck when I shift or move. The magnetic strength is iffy apon my initial observation. I dont have the instruments to measure the actual gauss of the magnets, but the didn't feel as strong as my sabona jewelry and sabona uses neodymium rare magnets. The chain looks great tho. If I observe any legitimate noticable therapeutic value from wearing it daily, I'll report it here in a more recent review and let you know if I feel I got my 60 bucks worth.

It looks good but it's too small for a man. Men don't wear chokers. So disappointed that these guys can't make a 22 to 24". I had hopes but nope. I wish I never wasted my money. If my wife doesn't want it I will be returning. Oh and they claim it has magnents, I put on magnetic surface and nope did not stick. The claims are not true.

It was too small for myneck. Item returned. Looked to be a good quality item just too small for me.

Make sure the "38" on the clasp is right side up and it will lay flat, all black, like it shows in the picture. If the "38" is upside down it will lay with the colored spots up.

My husband loves it. I read where someone said it doesn’t lay right like the picture shows. Just flip the curve the other direction and it lays perfectly flat on his chest.
