Best collagen ever! My hair is thicker and healthier than it’s been in years. My skin and joints are improving as well. I like to add a scoop in a cup of hot tea with lemon and agave. It dissolves perfectly….you can’t tell it’s there. I bought the bovine, but look forward to trying the marine collagen too.

Great for increasing your protein daily. There is no consistency change or taste after blending. I believe that it blends better with hot drinks. So I use it in my coffee. I haven’t tried sprinkling it on food.
