1LB. 100% Hawaii Hawaiian Kona Roasted Coffee Beans

I'm pretty sensitive to acid and aftertaste from ordinary coffee...I don't drink tons of it, so I want to make every cup count.As to the flavor, (I know; taste is subjective...) I like it better even than Jamacan Blue Mountain, with the added benefit of not busting my bank account.This coffee is smooth, rich, and buttery, and doesn't leave a nasty aftertaste on your tongue.It has a rich, almost chocolatey taste to it.The whole beans are a bonus because they allow me to control the strength of my brew by choosing the courseness of the grind.I have an old fashioned hand grinder and the delicious scent that rises up from the grinder and the from my cup is just intoxicating.Inhale, and ahhhhh...bliss.If you love Kona coffee, I would avoid the iffyness of "blends" and choose this instead.

Mmmmmm, Kona. I mix mine with whatever else i'm grinding, as it's pretty spendy. Nonetheless, a solid recommendation for this.

Having enjoyed ‘real Kona coffee’ in the past, I purchased this hoping it might be similar. While it makes a nice cup of coffee, I won’t be purchasing it again. The aroma while brewing is almost nonexistent and the flavor seemed just average. Nothing special about it… And for the price, I could have purchased over 2 lbs from a local roaster without the ‘Kona’ brand.

I was so excited when I ordered this product most of the reviews were pretty decent so I decided to ignore the negative one. Well I should have paid attention to the negative one. Kona coffee has been a favorite of mine for years so I know Kona coffee. When the pkg came the aroma from the coffee was wonderful. I thought for sure it was going to be great however I am very disappointed. The coffee is extremely weak. Even the color is more golden than brown. I tried stopping the coffee using less water and I tried it in 2 different machines and 3 different filter cups it didn’t make a difference. I also tried to use less milk that didn’t help. After spending more than double the price then my special columbian coffee I prefer and I will stick to my Columbian Coffee. I will also go back on my face book page and tell all the many people who liked the photo of your coffee and were interested in trying it to save their money. So disappointed. In a last ditch effort I tried French press and doubled the amount of coffee it says to use plus and extra full spoon and it is still weak/light tasting.

by far the best Kona coffee I’ve tried

I grew up in Hawaii, and know how a good kona coffee should taste. This coffee used to be so damned delicious, but it's not the same as when I first discovered it in 2021. Now I find the roast to be too dark rather than medium-bodied like a kona roast should be.It no longer resembles the fine kona coffee it used to be, and is way too expensive for being just another over-roasted coffee bean like Starbucks. I'd give it one star, but I'm throwing them a bone for having formerly been my goto favorite kona coffee.And, I guess I'll never know if they fix it, because I'm done buying it. Alas.
