This works great and is not that bad to look at. Mine is installed above the toilet due to lack of space. Everyone thinks it is cute.

It’s not Instant
After almost 3 minutes of me using the hot water, it goes completely cold again , then I have to wait 10 minutes for it to heat up again, this product is not an instant hot water tank, if you love taking showers I recommend you don’t buy this because it won’t even work to do my dishes
