I purchased a bulk order of these folders and they did not disappoint! Very durable and good quality plastic, bright colors, and easy to use claps. They hold papers securely and are thin and easy to store.

Four binders were fine, but the fifth slipped through quality assurance. The main clamp (mounted vertically) is too far from the spine so that when you secure 8 1/2" x 11" papers, they stick out beyond the edge of the binder -- you can see the edge of the papers when the binder is closed. Annoying for sure.
