There were some reviews that criticised the quality, the one I received was fine, the soldering was neat, no rough edges, bright finish, either end stamped 50ml & 25ml. It’s reasonably sturdy but light, it’s stable when filling . It’s decent quality and happy to leave it out on show and a quick rinse keeps it clean . I have no idea how accurate it is but it’s only for personal use so it really doesn’t matter. So worth the money.

It’s actually surprising how much better cocktails taste when you measure out the ingredients properly!This is a smart measure and is good quality stainless steel.Not an expensive thing to but either, so I’m well pleased.

Just the job

Has come apart a few times I have to keep super gluing it.

This is straightforward to use, select which end to use (25mL or 50mL), and fill it right to the rim. I have checked it using a digital kitchen scales and tap water, as pure water at 20 degrees Celsius has a specific gravity of one, one mL of water will weigh one gram. Tap water won’t be far out from that, also the scales are not calibrated, but give a good indication for the test. Other reviews indicated that there should be a scale printed inside for measuring smaller quantities, but mine has not got that, so it is what it is, 25mL and 50mL measures for measuring spirits. (Note that the digital scales are no use for measuring spirits, unless you know the specific gravity of the spirits and know how to work out the weight to capacity ratio to obtain the desired quantity, it’s easier to use this measuring cup device).

Great product easy cleaning, this is the second one I have bought and very pleased with the product great quality stainless steel.Would highly recommended it.
