Milton Stellar 10 Thermosteel Water Jug, 9.3 litres, Steelplain

Delivery - within next day in Bangalore Urban area. Product - Milton Stellar Water Thermosteel dispenser, Volume - roughly 9 Liter. Pricing - approx 1400-1500. but if you can wait and use with card discounts, it would be great. Appearance / Looks - Great Size - Great. Build Quality - Above Average if you are a good keeper. Hesitant for those who expect or want extremely tough product and rough users. Remark - Should not be compared or compete with Steel tanks used by Tea Vendors in shops or trains. Perfect for basic office-home use where extreme temperature is not demanded. We use it in Bangalore weather where temperature is not drastically up/down. During December mild winters - we poured mild Warm water at night and till next morning water was warm and further till afternoon it was not cold at all, very soothing to use. We have not used for Cold water but I presume it would behave appropriately. Architecture - Excellent. Whatever One may think of, has been taken care of and provided by manufacturer. 1. One-directional Pull of tap handle for water flow, No-Push. 2. No need of extra stand for height. 3. Inside area that remains in contact with water in Tank is Steel. Only the Tap is plastic. 4. For ease of usage in different Geographical areas and temperature - cold/warm one can use plastic lid provided with it. 5. Rotating lock mechanism for all which increases the life. 1 inner lid - if placed properly - helps maintain the temperature for longer hours. external lid is in 2 parts - refer pics - 1 whole lid with a center cut out. 2 small cup container - not sure what the use could be, but if you want to keep it below tap, as a preventive water drop leakage, it can be used. if not usable, ignore/discard them. Quality - Built is Average. Dispensing Tap is Plastic, Nor very flimsy, Neither very sturdy. Anatomy - The product is composed of a Steel inner tank. From Outside cover it looks it is in 3 parts, the top & the bottom Plastic, and the circular cylinder steel. Additionally, there are retractable legs to provide more height to the product so that Glass can be kept underneath the Tap for water without need of an extra stand- this is good. Packaging feedback - Milton soft cardboard Package was further covered by an Amazon soft cardboard. Milton did not have any Thermocol or sponge covering the whole of product, if at was mishandled even a slight bit, there are chances of product damage. They must increase the product package box size to accommodate additional layer of Sponge or THermocol on top, bottom and all sides (circular Rectangle) to increase safety. Why it is important - A lot many reviews have mentioned some minor dents and few mentioned breakage. Received in amazon cardboard carefully delivered , luckily, no dents. Working fine. Improvement areas - for all sizes, ie., 4 liter to 12 liter the legs are of same shape and size, but weight carried on th legs change significantly from 5 KG to 14 KG. Same legs carrying varied weight. I will edit after few months, years. Again - it is good product for sophisticated users. This may not be suitable for extreme water temperature like keeping boiling hot or icy cold thru out day night.

good quality and smart look

Very disappointed with this Milton Stellar 5-litre jug. The product arrived with visible dents, which clearly indicates it was not a new item. It seems like a used or old stock product was sent. The jug was manufactured in May 2024 but delivered to me in January 2026, which is unacceptable for a product being sold as new. Performance-wise, it does not keep water warm for more than a few hours, which defeats the purpose of buying a thermal jug of this brand. Overall quality and heat retention are below expectations. The seller should ensure that only unused, dent-free, brand-new products are delivered to customers. This was a very poor buying experience and a waste of money.

Great but, working well till now, using for 1 month till now

It keeps warm for a maximum of 1 hour only. If you need more hours buy Flask

2 Day full and full abserveision in heat water in the jug so very happy and my family in healthy. Thanks for this product company.
