Great Product
My old computer had a 2.7 Ghz processor, and 4 gigs of RAM. Due to security concerns, I upgraded to Windows 10. Computer got super slow in spite of changing some settings based on online tutorials. Ordered this machine from JSM Computers. Faster processor, and 16 gigs of RAM makes this machine blazing fast for my casual household use. Solid state hard drive means almost instant boot up. Machine arrived in excellent condition. Clean, and perfect function. Easy set up, and Windows registration went smooth. Seller emailed post order with phone contact info in case of questions, or issues with the product. I strongly recommend the seller, and this product.

Great Systems- Great Company
Great deal on these systems. I use them in a networked server environments and they are used every day, all day. In this configuration they are very fast and if you have a question the support staff is very knowledgable

REFURBISHED but WIN 10 PROF and LOADS of stuff at a great speed!
Bought this for a GREAT deal! I understand it's REFURBISHED, but OMG it has LOADS of features, and WORKS FINE! From now on, I'll replace all the computers I have with these! WINDOWS 10 PROFESSIONAL! How can you beat that?

Great improvement over my previous PC - and a Great Value
I work from home often and have to process audio for my work. The SSD/Ram combination really sped up the process. Additionally, multitasking with multiple windows, browser tabs and other programs running simultaneously is a breeze.

Refurbished but Come On..
Not sure who built or ship this unit but come on.. piece of keyboard cracked and fell apart, piece of electrical tape on case and not to mention all the dust covering the cover (which i had to polish with chlorox wipes and wipe away with rags to look this good lol).. I understand that it may have cosmetic issues but wow.. I have never had a refurbished unit this bad!! Guess i'll just throw it around the garage as a media server!! I hope it performs better than it looks!!

They have all been running fine since August 2017. Are vey happy. Had to call customer service when received about starting and response was great. They let me know if there were any other questions, please feel free to call. I did purchase extended warranties.

Outstanding customer support
Received item very quickly. Computer and mouse worked great out of the box but I noticed an issue with the keyboard. Received a replacement keyboard within 24 hours of reaching out to customer support. Tek refurbs is an amazing seller and I can't recommend them enough!
