Actual cup nice size for tea. Purchased to have smaller travel tea mug. Lid seems secure when put it cup. Snap lid to cover the two holes for drinking is the problem.Where snap lid attaches is a weak design. Mine arrived already damaged. Also, poor design of snap lid to keep lid from being opened all the way. Not even sure how a child could drink without snap lid touching nose.If whole purpose is to help cup not leak, the snap lid cannot be dependent on two small dots of plastic and take any wear. Also, with the stopper to keep the snap lid from opening all the way, if you accidentally push too hard, the snap lid would come right off!

I changed my review because the lid is now leaking all the time. If I just tip it a little to the side, it leaks out. I have to carry it with a napkin wrapped around it in order to protect my clothes. That's unacceptable, so I need to find something else.I really needed an espresso size travel cup. It does fit directly in my espresso machine so that I no longer have to make espresso in one container only to have to pour it into my travel mug. Also, it is a better size and keeps my espresso warm (not hot) for a reasonable length of time. However, two things that I am disappointed in: the base of the mug does not fit my car cup holder in either of my cars that is near my hand (fortunately there is a larger one that it does fit, but not the cup holder I like to use); also, the mug does leak when it tips over (it was not upside down, just knocked over with lid closed). Ok until I find a better solution...

This tumbler is a mixed cup. The 16 oz tumbler itself is fine but the lid is terrible. More specifically, the flip top that seals the pour hole closed is just poorly designed. I for the life of me can't figure out why they couldn't design the flip top so that it can fold all the way back over flat when in the open position. When you flip it open it'll only go about 2/3 of the way back over and then stop. And so it sticks up into the air, and right up into your nose whenever you try and take a drink. This makes it so you can't get a good seal around the pour hole with your upper lip and coffee just wants to dribble out all around your mouth, down your chin, and onto your clothes. Most every day I've used it now I end up with a few drips of coffee on my pants and shirt. The fact that you can pick between a wide range of colors is nice and the tumbler has a little textured feel to it so it's easy to grip. But now I'll have to waste time and money to research and see if there is another lid out there that fits this thing. After having to scrub coffee from a brand new pair of pants this morning I've been repeating to myself over and over that the lid on this thing is complete f***ing garbage. It would have otherwise been a great value if they nailed the lid but it instead turns into an lesson of you get what you pay for.

It looks really nice until you try to use it. Every time I put coffee in the cup the lid kind of lifts up like there’s pressure from the heat pushing it up. This creates an opening that allows a lot of liquid to spill out. I opened the drinking spout trying to alleviate the pressure but it happens again after closing spout. I have a cup from Walmart that looks similar but works perfectly. Very disappointed in this cup. Maybe it will work better in the summer with cold liquids.

I washed this by hand and poured in a fresh cup of coffee. I was ready to get into my car, so I attempted to put down the plastic piece on the lid that closes the mouth opening. It wouldn't latch. When I moved it back up, it came off completely. I tried to replace it, but the small notch on the left that fits the piece into the lid is almost non existent. The plastic closing piece will not re attach, thus making the cup useless for what I purchased it for. It did keep my coffee warm and was easy to clean. I'll give it that. It is however not durable, and because this happened on my very first use of the product, I cannot recommend it.

LOVE this tumbler. The color choices are attractive. It keeps my water cool all day- cold if I add ice. It FITS in my car cup holder. It is comfortable to hold in my hand without having to purchase a separate handle. It is TRULY leakproof. Yes I tried it- filled it with water, put on the lid, closed it, turned it upside down. Not a single drop leaked out. The cost is most reasonable. I will definitely be ordering more.

temperature all day. If you put lava-hot liquid in this mug it will remain lava-hot all day long! The insulation on this mug is phenomenal. I've found that if I add two ice cubes to my hot coffee it will stay at a drinkable. Love the colors (Empire Yellow rocks!) and how touch the outside finish is.Two very minor complaints...1. The gasket for the lid is a separate piece, so it needs to be removed and cleaned separately because liquid will get between it and the lid -- but you'll have to be careful not to rip it or lose it.2. The flip-to-drink section of the lid could be better designed. It works just fine and forms a tight seal, but when you flip it back, the hinge doesn't fold back far enough. It's easy to get liquid residue from the rubber seal on the end of your nose when drinking. But maybe that's just because I've been blessed with an above average proboscis!I love the mug and would definitely buy it again (I'm also checking out the other products by this manufacturer).

This cup is an excellent product with the exception of the lid. Lid is advertised to be shatterproof however my tipped over and went to the floor and cracked. I only wanted to "purchase" a replacement lid that appears in the search box yet the item never displays to purchase. I then call customer service who tells me they can not support the request to purchase the lid. If it's not available as an option to purchase then Remove ItTahoe Trail Replacement Lid -DOES NOT EXIST. Stop wasting the customers time.Now why you can not buy replacement Lids for such a great cup is crazy! I have 5-20 oz cups and 1 -30 oz cup. Over time the lid being replace would be a great feature.
