I bought this renewed 128 GB Wi-Fi + LTE model in Space Gray from Chrome Source on Amazon.com, and it has far exceeded my expectations. Here’s what stood out: Performance is excellent. The device is snappy, apps load fast and switching between them feels smooth. LTE connectivity works seamlessly — being able to use data on the go gives me real freedom. A strong 5-star buy. Received this one day earlier than expected. It had no scratches or dents and so far seems perfect, just like new. I have only had it two days but so far so good. After initial set up, I did notice battery life very low even while plugged in, but it stated it may be low due to downloading from the cloud. Since then, I have had it plugged in and it has remained at 100%. Will update this review if battery life wanes while using.

I purchased a refurbished iPad Pro from this seller with high expectations, especially since my previous experience with a refurbished iPad (from another purchase in 2018) was excellent. Unfortunately, this time has been very disappointing. The device arrived with minor cracks, which I reported immediately. The seller refunded $30 for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, after using the iPad fewer than ten times (mainly for my son to play chess), it suddenly stopped working. When we took it to a diagnostic center, we were told the motherboard was dead. This happened despite the device being handled with care and barely used. I understand refurbished products can have limitations, but a premium device failing so quickly is unacceptable. Returning it from India to the US is not practical, so I feel stuck with a non-functional product. Pros: ✔ Prompt response and partial refund for initial cosmetic issue. Cons: ✘ Device failed within weeks of minimal use. ✘ No practical resolution for international buyers. I hope the seller improves quality checks for refurbished products. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Spend the extra $ and get the “excellent” level refurbished unit. This iPad has outstanding battery life (>12 hrs), a bright screen, and rapid app use. I’m totally satisfied!

I’ve wanted a notebook for SO LONG, and I’m addicted to apple products. They’re easy to use, they have an EXCELLENT screen quality, and they USUALLY have a long battery life. However, I was a little disappointed with the battery life on the iPad. I was expecting it to last as long as a laptop, but it tends to only last for 10-12 hours. Maybe my expectations were just too high.

Works but outdated no more upgrades goes up to iOS 16 and doesn’t work for all apps and did have a few scratches

I purchased this iPad Pro 9.7 without doing any research, this will never happen again. It works fine performs and looks like new but had l known there were no future OS updates l would not have purchased it. My iPad Generation 8 needed a new motherboard, l ordered this the same day l received the news due to cost, I also purchased the two year warranty. From what l read there may possibly be some security updates. I am happy with my purchase and based on its performance now l hope it exceeds its warranty.

Excellent condition the tablet works like brand new and it was more the I I was expecting .fast delivery and worth for the money I will highly recommend recommend this product

Me llego en buen estado el iPad, funciona bien, el precio estuvo muy bien. Después de varios meses el iPad funciona bien, es una buena opción sino tienes el suficiente dinero para comprar una nueva y/o te gustaría optar por una opción más ecológica (Ya que los productos re acondicionados son una opción ecológica)

Came with cheaper after market charging cable and charging block the battery is very tired and runs down quicker than my old ipod air.
