MUCKBoot Men's Muckster II Low Climbing Shoe

Second pair I have owned. They are great for general farm use on most day when heavy boots are not needed. Light weight and flexible enough for choring around a barnyard, climbing in and out of tractors/ side by sides/etc. I, also, feel confident wearing Muckers while walking on snow and ice.

The elastic fabric that surrounds the opening is, apparently, intended to keep mud out if you step in too deep. It fits tight around you ankle. But it also leaves the opening so small that I found it a struggle to get my feet through. And that was after returning the size 13 (the size that fit me in an earlier pair) and getting a 14. Still need two hands and a shoehorn.I'm hoping the elastic will weaken before long.

I bought them to wear in the winter and do add an insert. Easy slip on and off and keep my feet dry. This is the 2nd pair I bought the older ones ( 5 years old) are still good I keep then at the back door and the new ones I wear all winter long and keep them at the garage door.

I have been wearing these Garden boots for over 20 years for everything that I do. I loved them for comfort and durability. Now they are TIGHTER. They obviously changed the sizing and fit overall. The top hole is smaller also and harder to get my feet into. Now that i am older i find them very difficult to put on and very uncomforable.

I received a pair of Muckster II Garden shoes a couple years ago. Size 13, they fit great. Wore them all the time until they basically disintegrated. Ordered another pair last year of the same size that are so narrow they are actually uncomfortable to wear. Thought I’d try again with this Amazon Prime Try before You Buy program. The shoes fit but a still more narrow than the originals I bought years ago. And the new ones are different than the shoes bought last year. I see little standardization in production quality. Plus my 2 day delivery was NOT completed. It took 8 days to get the shoes…..so much for a 7 day Try Before you Buy….

Love them so far. Essentially a boot shoe…have worn them nonstop for a week now and they are impressive. I like the ability to slip on and off, but they are still secure/supportive.

Was replacing a pair I'd had for years. Was just what I was looking for.

My husband remarked how comfortable these are and great for out in the garden or taking the dog out. Feet easily slip in to the shoe without having to pull them on. Size 12 fitted as expected. Highly reccommend
